DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I walked in on a Friday morning at 9am, the girl that was there, nice lady, kept telling me, Jackie is coming, Jackie is coming… stupid me sat there for a freakin hour and still no Jackie… why have a business if you’re not going to work… so I finally decided to get up and walk out at 10am… the nice lady said, I’m sorry, she comes in whenever she wants… wish she would’ve told me that an hour ago… this place does not get a star, I had to at least choose 1. Smh at myself for wasting an hour…

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! The worst salon I have ever been to. The beautician had her friend wash my hair! She didn’t wash all of the shampoo out, I gave her my own deep conditioner which she used as regular conditioner.

Blow Drying AKA Pull my hair out! I have a bald spot in the front of my head now! She pulled my hair so hard my neck hurts like I have whiplash. She told me I don’t know how to hold my head. First of all you should be making shorter sections and act like you care about my hair, she didn’t introduce herself, she didn’t ask me which side I want my part on, she acted like I annoyed her that I was there. Then she offered to flat iron my hair… I said no, I am good I have to go home and do it myself. I shouldn’t have paid. But I don’t have time for a confrontation. I am reporting them.
I only went to them because it’s near my job and I leave on a flight in a few hours. Couldn’t make it to my beauticians salon (Ellie’s in Queens! She’s Awesome). Now, I may have to go home and wash my hair because it’s flaking all over the place and I am at work!!! I asked her to use oil sheen she used some oil elixir. I told her that I was allergic to sulfate. I don’t care if she’s a hater. I am reporting her.
I am so embarrassed!
Do your hair a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

went to my trusty to Unilocal in search of a cheap wash & blowdry, the phone number listed & the different one that’s listed in the yellow pages all led me to some weird answering service so had to walk in & hope for the best.

My used to be a brunette, but thanks to her I’m a redhead now :-) and I always get compliments on my hair color everywhere I go!

Just wanted to update that this place is not actually closed. I don’t have a phone number, but I go once every 2 weeks to get my hair blown out. They are quick, consistent, and inexpensive. I reccommend it. It’s seriously no frills, but it does the trick!

Jacky is the most awesome hairstylist. I got the Brazilian Keratin done, my hair came out looking the best ever. The price is also very affordable. Excellent customer service, she even game me a free beer while doing my hair, can’t get any better than that!.. lol
