What an excellent business; I would recommend it to everyone. Ordering on the phone with Jackie was a pleasant experience, and every subsequent conversation revealed how helpful and kind he is. The young men who installed my dishwasher and refrigerator were efficient and polite. When my dishwasher was delivered from the manufacturer, it did not work properly. I called Jackie and in two days I had a brand new dishwasher that is excellent. I waited a long time for my dream kitchen. After a nightmare experience with a big box store, Klearview took care of my problem with one phone call! I live in Los Angeles, and was trying to get an air conditioner installed for my daughter in Brooklyn. The big box stores couldn’t seem to understand this concept. I called David at Klearview, and he had the unit out the next day, installed and working. I would not hesitate to use them again. And, after reading the negative review below, I took the time to research… the company that the poster said was involved in a lawsuit is not this company, it is another with a similar name, and the incident was in Utah. I would hate to see a company like this hurt by wrong information. Thanks, Klearview, for a great experience.

The big box stores turn me off. When I walk in there I’m met with a swarm of young inexperienced salespeople that don’t know the first thing about the appliances they are selling. That is why I love Klearview. This is family owned business and they listen to their customers needs and requirements. I have used them for investment properties and for my home as well. Whether it’s high end or on the cheap they will accommodate any budget and deliver when you need it.

I’m dismayed to see such a horrible review about Klearview as I do shop here for appliances!
I’ve purchased a couple of stoves, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, etc. The staff are very friendly, especially Nicole!
Delivery is on-time and well communicated. I’ve had no issues whatsoever. And the prices are competitive.
But I’ve had great experiences thus far, and intend to purchase some other small appliances soon.
