I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years and this is my favorite hotpot place in Brooklyn. They recently changed owners and updated their store sign. The wait time for a table is fair and the staff is really nice. The food is really good, I love their wontons. They also serve cold herbal tea! I left 4⁄5 because sometimes the service can be a bit slow.

ALLYOUCANEAT Sushi & Hotpot(shabu shabu) under $ 30 per person not bad. It’s very crowded in the weekends! My sister loves this restaurant, I love their Eel avocado hand rolls and I love their sliced beef for their shabu shabu! Good deal if you’re hungry and wanna get your bang for your buck.

I’ve been coming here for years but I think they recently changed owners. Though they changed signage, it’s still operates under the same name and has the same layout inside. I like Kuho for its unbelievable price and quality of their food. Hot pot and sushi can be expensive but they make it unlimited and cheap. I went with a party of 8 on a Thursday night, and the price per person for unlimited hot pot and sushi was $ 20. *Tip: People sitting on the same table cannot mix what they’re ordering. So if I wanted sushi and hot pot, but my boyfriend only wants hot pot for himself, we still have to pay for sushi and hot pot for the two of us since we are on the same table.* I feel like you get your money’s worth after eating a few pieces of sushi a la carte, getting their huge and delicious hand rolls and ordering a few rounds of meat. I would say the selection of hot pot items and sushi included is pretty vast for $ 20. There are also 3 types of soup base: regular, spicy or bone-based. The place is clean. We get our own pot of water so it doesn’t matter if your friend is sick. You don’t have to share. I would say they can improve on maybe covering their sauce section, though many hot pot places leave it open. I’d rather have it covered. All in all, I eat here at least 2x a year especially during fall/winter. I’d definitely come back. It’s a cozy spot and I always leave satisfied. Bonus: instead of water, everyone gets constant refills of sweet herbal tea!

4.5 stars. Absolutely love this place! Honestly, most ayce hotpot places are more or less the same. What makes Kuho stand out: — The service here is super friendly and attentive! I don’t think my glass was ever less than 99% full! They also refilled our soup base on a very frequent basis. All of the workers’ attitudes were very positive and courteous! — They serve you cold herbal tea instead of just plain water so that you don’t get yit hei lmao… — The food comes at lightning speed… We ordered and when I got back from the sauce station, the table was already filled with food. I had to double take just to make sure I wasn’t hallucinating lol. — $ 18.95 for ayce hotpot is just unheard of and is definitely one of the greatest deals ever! — For $ 3 more, you get ayce sushi as well! I would say the food was pretty good too. Beef and lamb were very tasty but we did get some pieces of beef that had wayy to much fat on it. Pork was kind of dry and I would not recommend getting it. The beef tripe and pork intestines were mouth-wateringly delicious and were not chewy at all! All of the fish balls were great as well, especially the FJ fish balls which are actually quite expensive at supermarkets. Winter melon, enoki mushroom, and tofu skin were standard. I would not recommend getting the quail egg because it was kind of hard to peel the shell off. Overall, this is an exceptionally great place for ayce hotpot in Bensonhurst! It’s located in a quiet residential area so seating is almost guaranteed right when you enter their doors. Service was impeccable and far exceeded my expectations. The décor looks standard but everything seemed very clean. The sauce station provided a fair amount of delicious sauces. Food met my expectations for an ayce hotpot place. Make sure to bring good company and you’ll be guaranteed a wonderful hotpot dining experience here at Kuho Sushi!

Worth the price because their services are fast and the food is amazing, especially the fatty beef. If you are looking for a hot pot buffet in Brooklyn, this should definitely be your first choice! The restaurant is neat and clean as well.

Not bad. This place serves the items fast. It was okay here. The reason I took one star off because the drink they provided, which is a herbal tea, was very sweet. In addition, the sushi rice was had too much vinegar. The good part about the sushi is that there isn’t too much rice for the rolls and more veggies. For the hotpot, the fuzhou fishball and wonton aren’t so good. But everything else was fine. Would come here again.

Their service is really good. They have all you can eat hotpot and sushi. It gets packed around dinner time. Their sushi is good, their hotpot is okay because their soup base wasn’t really that good. But other then that it’s a good place to go for sushi and hotpot.

Compared to other AYCE places, this one by far has the freshest ingredients and fastest service I have ever been to. On a Friday night, we had no problem getting a table for two. Servers were pretty attentive, as soon as we got seated we were asked to order and given a cup of flower tea– which was delicious. Refills came frequently, and empty dishes were taken away quickly. The portion sizes as mentioned from other Unilocalers are smaller, but it’s not a bad thing because if you don’t like it you don’t have to order anymore. And if you do– order away! The sushi tasted decent enough, fish was pretty fresh. Not a whole lot of rice which was pleasant. Good place for AYCE

Excellent deal for the $$$ you are spending and excellent service. In fact, 2 things stood out. 1. Waitress assured us an AYCE sushi place like theirs won’t make sushi with crazy amount of rice. 2. Waitress made sure I knew what the charge was before I signed cc slip blindly. I will be going back once I am in the neighborhood, 120% sure.

I love this place. All you can eat hotpot AND sushi? What’s not to love! The selection of food is huge. If you can name it, they probably have it. Fatty beef, lamb, chicken, fish filet, spinach, watercress, tofu, corn, and the list goes on and on. Same for sushi and even though they don’t serve sashimi, their selection is still pretty incredible almost similar to a regular Japanese restaurant. But as a salmon lover I must say they have the best salmon avocado handrolls I’ve ever had. This has to be my favorite hotpot spot just because of the sushi. The décor of this place is simple yet functional. I love that this place doesn’t have a strong scent as with other hotpot spots. Even service was superb. The waitresses were fast and efficient. They didn’t miss a single item on our long list of food we ordered. They refilled our pots and tea so often that we never had to flag them down for anything but ordering. This has to be my favorite place to go for hotpot.

Really good hotpot in Bay Ridge. They had a good-size menu, not huge but pretty big. We had the Dashi and spicy bases and they were both pretty good. Their sauce stand(I don’t know the actual name for it) had a lot of sauces that were really good and interesting, and even some spice combinations which is rare at hotpot. The sushi was also really fresh and delicious. Service was okay. They were busy but not jam-packed, and we had to wait a long time for pretty much everything we ordered throughout the ~1.5 hours we were there. Besides that though, all you can eat sushi and hotpot for $ 22 a head? Can’t go wrong.

*shabu shabu is amazing. *Must Try: Beef, Fish Tofu, Udon Noodles, Wontons, Dumplings, Mushrooms, Watercress, Pumpkin, Taro. *create your own sauce bowl at the sauce station! *very friendly and helpful servers. *choose from one of three available soup bases from mild to spicy.

All you can eat hot pot and sushi. How can you go wrong? The place is good if you’re not setting your standards too high. There’s a decent selection of items to choose from for hot pot and a nice selection for sushi but don’t expect it to be super great. The sushi is so-so but the hot pot items are a little better. There’s nothing crazy that sets it apart from other places like these. There’s free refills on the herbal tea and there’s the usual sauce stand for you to make your own personal mixes. If you’re looking to stuff your face stupid for a decent price, then come here. It’s good for what it is.

Honestly, I was impressed by the quality of food at this place compared to other AYCE sushi/hot pot places but the lack of service made it REALLY annoying… Pros: –They serve in small portions so you can just order more of the things you enjoy eating as oppose to feeling forced to eat a lot of something that you only wanted to eat a little bit of. –They provide individual hot pots so you can cook and eat your own food. –Their ayce sushi section taste better than most ayce sushi places in Brooklyn. It is not too much rice nor too much vinegar nor too little fish. –They have a lot of variety in items to choose except the soup base but the condiment section makes up for it. Also, the food taste pretty good compared to other ayce sushi/hot places! Cons: –They serve in small portions, so if you want to eat more of something, you are going to have to constantly order more. –Their service is wayyyyyyy too slow. It takes about 15 mins to get either refill in your pot, order more food, or have your food come. We always try to order a little before we are finished with the ingredients on our table so that the new ingredients will be here when we are finished eating. However, since the service is really slow, we sit there for like a good 10 minutes waiting. –Their sushi guy takes his time perfecting every piece of sushi that it takes him forever to make our order AND he makes way less than what we order. In conclusion, come here in either a pair or group of 4. Do not come here with anymore people because the service is way too slow and half of you will still be hunger afterwards. Order again right after you start eating or else you’ll be waiting for food to come half the time.

Honestly this place is def a great deal All you can eat hot pot and sushi hollaaa! My only complaint would be I was here mid day there was no one else there and it got me 15 minutes to get a refill of my water :( But besides that food is pretty great and they always give you what you ask for unlike some ayce places which forget to bring half your order

Unlimited sushi AND shabu shabu? Score! I thought this place was too good to be true… and for such a great price, too! Food is good, no complaints there. There’s a station so you can make your own dipping sauces. There is plenty of staff but sometimes dipping sauces and other shabu shabu essentials run low. Most of the staff can be slow to complete your request or even forget your request for more water or to order more food. But if you’re willing to deal with that, you have struck gold.

For the past three years, Kuho Sushi has been mine and my boyfriend’s prime hot pot spot. Earlier this year, we returned for an evening of hot, warm, and delicious food and discovered that the prices have changed. From Sunday — Thursday(excluding holidays) for hot pot only is: $ 16.95 and for Friday & Saturday: $ 18.95. If you do Sushi & Hot Pot — it can get a little more expensive. Besides the price changes, they’ve added a lot more menu items too. For example — Fuzhou Fish Ball, Pig Intestine, Fried Tofu Skin, and a lot more. During our recent visits, as always we were fully satisfied with the food and the amount of food given to us. Their food is prepared nicely and fresh for you to cook. My only wish is that there were more broths to choose from. So glad Kuho Sushi and the food never disappoints me.

All you can eat sushi and hotpot? Such a dream come true. This place is clean, has all the basics, and the service is great. For all the places I went to the price is definitely reasonable for the quality. Their fj fishballs are good!
