MAC Cosmetics

This is the worst Mac I have ever gone too. Almost every time I have tried to go there the credit and debit it down. I understand it happens sometimes but it’s almost all the time. I never carry cash on me and actually a lot of people don’t carry that much cash on them anymore.
They are always out of stuff. I mean I understand you will be out of somethings but it’s every time I have gone there. They either don’t have my mascara or eyeliner. Than I will look at lipstick and they never have the colors in stock. If they don’t have it they will send you to the Mac inside of the Macy’s to see if they have it. I mean that’s okay but if you are in a rush than its not a quick process.
Customer service is also a really big issue in this store. Yes, everyone has there days but it’s all the time in this location. I wait so long to be helped by someone and than they have a nasty attitude and are really unprofessional. I stopped coming here and I rather go to the city but if worst comes to worst I will go to Macy’s.

As a mac pro member I usually walk in knowing what I want and its like the so called makeup artists are always so rude, acting like you are doing them favors to purchase your merchandise. The level of customer service is really bad from the associates, they tend to just simply ignore you. Besides that I only visit this place when I need something. The good thing about this location is that they usually have what ever you want.

The worst service ever! Unprofessional, rude children (the associates) who obviously need a class on customer service. I was ready to spend as much $$$ as I wanted in this store because i was treating my Mother to some new makeup goodies for her birthday. But this associate (I really wish I knew her name, she was about 5’5, African American, light skin, long hair with glasses) spoiled that. I needed everything NEW for her and this girl just kept looking us up and down like we weren’t able to buy products. But stood across the room helping another woman sample foundation when I clearly asked her for a product way before these women arrived. Just sad. While in Kings Plaza I’ll be taking my business to Sephora for now on.

Literally got the most disgusting service from an associate there just now. The associate had the worst attitude. Light skin about 5’6 with black hair. I will never come back. Sticking to my fave location in Soho helpful & polite. And not ratchet. -.-

Came here about 2weeks ago. And told Althea (the mac artist) that I knew nothing about makeup and needed to get a quick tutorial on items that are essential to every woman’s makeup and the bare basics. She was patient with me and gave good suggestions. Althea is the best!

Great customer service! I needed them to find a great gift for a female friend and they have delivered a few recommendations.
Lord, the women look sexy as hell too, BUT is it the make up? EH, who knows?

Went here when they were about to close. Was rushed, which is normal when you come when a place is about to close. Thing is, they really made me feel invisible and they didn’t bother to give me a recipt for my purchase. I bought 3 lipsticks instead of the 4 I intended to purchase
