Theirs burgers are tasty, but service very very very bad! Deserts are nothing special !

Worst place ever ! Milk tea have no taste and was asking to change one but she came back telling me this is how it was ! Even u Change it, it’s the same thing ! Wow what a worst customer service and food ! Will def not come again

They have really nice seats for you to just sit down and enjoy the meal. But the meal itself isn’t so enjoyable for its price.

Great place to sit down and read a book when it’s not crowded. The strawberry shirt cake was good, so was the jasmine tea. Only thing is this café doesn’t sell coffee. They also have a lot of food options, but no coffee. Good atmosphere here.

Services are really slow.
No water served when we sit down. The waitress ignored us and asked us to sit wherever there is an empty seat. We even need to take the menu by ourselves.
Ice cream hot pot is extremely terrible and pricy. Wouldn’t recommend.

food is ok, many kind ice cream dessert taste disgusting but the coconut ice cream is great. I think only thing u can try in here is their coconut ice cream.

Went there around 11pm, they open till 2am, but it was late so the menu items was limited, store is pretty cozy and well kept, good vibe, good place to hangout, a lot of student go there on late night, food was okay, portion are somewhat small for me, but the price is a bit high, I would recommend anyone for try it once. I like it but not crazy about it

NO NOT HERE! Don’t come here if you want a good quality dinner. There are so many other places worth your money. The food is mediocre at best and overpriced most of it is FROZEN EW. Waiters ARENT polite to ALL their customers. There’s only about 2 waiters and the kitchen is small kind of suspicious. The back smells bad too cause it’s near the bathroom and that’s where all the nasty couples are. The only reason I would come here is cause of the relaxing ambience and décor. But if you are there for some reason IDK Y the plant ice cream is one of the cheapest and is a good dessert. It’s okay if your out late and just want a snack, study, read. But I would never come for a dinner. Star is for the décor.

Came here after reading Unilocal reviews. The place is pretty spacious, with chairs and sofas. The décor was definitely a plus, since I brought along the baby, the comfy couches with cusions came in handy. A bell is attached to the wall, so we can ring the wait staff over. There were three of us, so we decided to order the chocolate fondue for three. It comes with fruits and marshmallows to accompany the melted chocolate. It wasn’t bad, but nothing too special to rave about. Will come in next time to try out different things on their menu.

I live around the neighborhood and have seen it many times before I decided to go in. From the outside, it looks very nicely decorated. A friend and I went in there one night around 11 – 12. They close at 1am. Besides us, there were two other groups of people. So it wasn’t that busy.
I’ve got to say although their bathroom looks nice, the smell is quite the opposite.
They also offer very few hot drinks on a colds night. I had jasmine bubble tea and it tasted horrible. Supposed to be hot but it tasted warm on some parts and room temp on others as if they didn’t stir it enough.
I don’t believe I will be going to go back.

The service here is pretty bad. The waitress was rude and forgetful. Totally forgot about one of our orders. Didn’t even know English. The food here isn’t even good. I just come for cake because this is like the only place around 8ave that sells cake that doesn’t taste like cheap bakery cakes. The Black Forest cake and the tiramisu are my favorite. The green tea mango and strawberry shortcake is pretty good too.

The waitress serving me was extremely nice. She was very accommodating and although it was extremely busy (she was the only one serving), she was doing the best she could.
I had the ice cream hotpot, which came with an earl grey milk tea. The milk tea was okay, nothing special. The ice cream hotpot came with very little amount of chocolate fondue. The actual fondue pot, which was a snowman, wasn’t shallow enough so it was difficult to actually dip anything in it. A fondue pot as deep as that would require more chocolate to easily use it. As for the ice cream, the flavors were, vanilla, red bean, and strawberry. I didn’t ask for these flavors, or were inquired about them. It definitely would have been nicer if I could choose what flavors I wanted. The red bean didn’t taste like anything in particular. I was only able to tell it by the beans I saw in in. It also came with bananas and marshmallows. Again, it would be nice to have options. All this for $ ²⁰⁄₂ people or $ 28/​3people isn’t worth it.
Won’t be coming back any time soon.

Service is extremely slow. Makes me feel like only one person is running the restaurant. Waited over 30 mins for a ramen, another 10 to 15 mins for the fried chicken over rice (check the pic I uploaded). Taste is really — meh. I am not sure if this is how they run the restaurant, but for the first time ever we were not asked if we want anything to drink — not even water. No napkins unless u ask. Orz Portion is small, it would be a plus if you are on diet. However, despite the portion is half of what you would usually get from other restaurants around here, the price is doubled. Totally not worth it. They have to work on customer service and the taste of their foods more if they want to keep their business. Environment is indeed nice, but we are not here to EAT the atmosphere

Bad customer service. tjey kept playing with their phones. I had to walk to the counter to get the bill. Food was ok but definitely not worth it. I got a chicken with rice it had strawberries on it like… what? The jasmine milk tea was not bad. The food proportion was very small. They definitely focus on presentation more than the food it’s self.

Customer service really need to improve, we walked in and the worker didn’t even greet us but ignored us. Also they were too busy on their phone that when we finish eating they didn’t even notice, I had to walk to the counter to get their attention and pay.
The combos come with a free drink, up to $ 4 value. We got the ice cream hot pot for $ 20/​for 2. It came with bananas, strawberries, kiwis, pears, marshmallows, green tea, and vanilla ice cream. For the drink we got a Mango Tea, which didn’t taste that great or bad. If your ice cream melts, I suggest covering your marshmallow with it!

The worst place I’ve ever go… bad food… bad services and still can smell the paint.oh.and one glasses of cucumber juice is $ 6!!! Imaging a place that don’t even have bathroom tissues charges $ 6 for a glasses of cucumber juice? I WOULD NEVER GO BACN AGAIN!

The food is okay but I must say I’m impressed by the décor and service of this place. It’s a rare find especially in Chinese dominant neighborhood. Thumbs up for closing at 2am. Nice place to study :)
They don’t accept credit cards though so bring cash !

Moon &Flower House is open until 2am every day, perfect for a late night snack. I would recommend the ice cream hot pot.
