New A Plus Nails

I have moved and had to switch my nail salon and have picked this one. I have been coming here for good 2 – 3 months bi-​weekly for my gel. Yesterday I came in before the two weeks were up and my nails were falling off. I usually see Alicia or Nicole (both are amazing) but yesterday both of them weren’t there. I was hectic to go to someone else but since I come there every two weeks and am a regular customer I thought I would be treated normally. I am horrified to look at my nails and I had them done last night. I can honestly say that my niece can do a better job. She spent 15 minutes on me. I came in with horrible cuticles I left with them still being there. They way she put on top coat was beyond belief. It took her at most 10 seconds to put on top coat. I paid extra for quick dry. There was absolutely no quick dry added and after I asked when she’s going to add quick dry she said its in the top coat which she applied as if it was some oil. The pictures don’t paint the horrendous condition my nails are in right now. I always leave good tips and I’m very nice, I want to go back and ask them how could they treat a regular client like that but I won’t bother. They just lost one anyway!

I like the work of 2 girls, however management is atrocious. There is a surcharge on credit card payments, and there IS always an issue, where they bill you $ 2 – 5.00 more.
However, given the lack of good skilled nail techs, you have to cut your losses if you’re in the area.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. They had so many gel colors to choose from and everyone was friendly. They had great massage chairs and do a beautiful job on their spa pedicures. Next time I am in Brooklyn I will be back! They even gave me a $ 5 of coupon for bet time. Loved it!!!

Wayyyy better than the regular A+ nails. The girls are so much nicer and there isn’t as much of. wait. At the other A+ nails I would expect to wait around 40 min even with a damn appointment. Prices are the same, $ 23 for a pedicure, but the service is GREAT!!!
I am so happy I went in!
Right now Tina is giving me a pedicure and currently for the wintertime, there’s a promotion of a free paraffin treatment with your pedicure!
