I’m not sure why there are bad reviews because all I have are high praises for this company. I was given an hour’s notice and they came precisely when they said they would. They were all very cordial, professional and beyond helpful. They never slacked for one minute (which was a valid concern since we are paying by time) and were very gracious in following all of our requests. I highly recommend them!!!

They showed up on time but were incredibly slow. They would disappear into the van for extended periods of time until I came looking for them. Before they began the guy wanted to charge me an extra hour for the drive time to come back… that’s right he wanted to charge me an hour for the time it would take him to go back to the office. They accept cash only and will not unload until you pay in full… very shady business. I asked to ride with them in the van, which was a rented U-​Haul by the way, and the van kept breaking down. We had to pull over 3 times which took an extra hour and the guy only gave me 30 minutes credit for this lost time. Cost me $ 600 to move bedroom furniture and a few boxes to a new location about an hour away. Although the guys were relatively nice, I just didn’t have a good feeling about the whole thing, and I would not rec commend this company.

ZERO STARS.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! Absolutely the WORST moving company ever! Completely slow, inefficient, unprofessional. They sent movers with only one dolly. Instead of doing the projected 3 hour move, they took 5.5 hours. Completely ripped us off and wouldn’t move things until we paid extra for them to pack it up. Movers could not move any slower. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay far away from them. They will only rip you off.

They were great, early, quick, careful, professional and nice. Ask for Boris if he is available use him. Couldn’t have asked for a better move.
