And I am in the family plan and my name is on the account already. And they still need my father to present to show the ID. What the f**k is that? In today’s business, if you cannot make convenience to your customer, you are losing the market, understand? I see my t-mobile cannot compete with ATT and Verizon, because the customer services and the employee you hired over there is terrible!
