Unprofessional… Is the first word that comes to mind while waiting to complete my transaction. Even the manager has joined in with the crew to gossip about an employee that was recently fired. Speaking in Creole and English at times as I stand here waiting. One employee took the time out to complete her own personal transaction and yet… still I am waiting. I will not return to this branch of T Mobile ever again. The sad part is I had enough time to download the Unilocal app sign up for Unilocal and write this review and yet I am still waiting.

Maybe I went on a good day, but my experience was very pleasant. I went in to upgrade through jump for the iPhone 6 and the sales rep was very helpful and friendly. We talked and joked for a bit. Even the rep helping the customer next to me was nice. The process was very smooth and problem free. So I had to give them 5 stars for my experience there. My rep was great!
