Gorgeous panoramic views in the middle of a developmental boom with easy access to 13 train lines! This building has pleasant and dutiful staff, wonderful neighbors and has the convenience of several businesses including restaurants, nail spa, gas station, CITI Bikes, nearby. It’s in the middle of great Brooklyn neighborhoods and the Board takes care of resident interests such as bike racks, building aesthetics, and other financial aspects of concern. My one concern is that the building NEEDS a playroom for children. All the other new condo/rental buildings have one — and instead of children playing in the lounge, basketball court, or lobby — they need their own place to place so that they don’t have to be interrupted by adults who think they take precedence over kids. I would take a star off, but the finishes in the building [bathrooms, floors, windows, doors] are top of the line. Maybe in the new OROII, which is going up across the street — they will take children, families, and adults into consideration and build an amenity for the kids. I no longer live there but in consideration to the wonderful neighbors I left behind, I’m listing my review.
