Well Diane M, you sure are a person who has a high opinion of yourself. You actually wasted 10 minutes out of your life, waiting like a prima Donna for some one to approach you? Have you ever thought of asking for help? From the date of your visit, it appears as this might have been during the Christmas rush? What gets me about people like is your lack of consideration of employees. They are human as well. Give the a break oh self-centered, conceited one. I have been in that store many, many times accompanying my wife. The staff there are incredible. But on visits to Brighton and Nordstrom I have observed rude people like you. And when I do, I call them, you, out. Go shop online and make the rest of the world happy?

This a unique store for people with taste predominantly in sterling silver jewelry. A purse caught my Mom’s eye in the window and inside we went. Promptly greeted by a very nice woman who proceeded to list in detail everything about the purse my Mom needed to know. The price may have been a bit high for my Mom so although she was very intrigued she passed on the purse and moved onto the charms. She fell in love with a few charms and the actual bracelet itself. The woman working consistently by our sides giving us details upon details about the store and the merchandise. After much consideration my Mom finally opted for a few charms and the bracelet and we were up to the front counter in no time. Rang up and paid swiftly and woman conversing with us the entire time. She even signed my Mom up to receive the Magazine and brought out their catalog for her to take home, along with two bottles of water for us to take with us which was a nice touch. I thought the sales woman was a touch aggressive, not necessarily in a bad way but in a «I would like to talk without you eavesdropping» kind of way. This is a pricey store with a specific clientele. Enjoy if this is what you like.

Inventory is great. Customer service used to be so much better. I waited 20 minutes to buy 2 charms while 3 gals stood around and talked to each other. If I could have gotten the charms out of the locked cabinet I would have and taken them to the counter myself. So sad. .

My friend and I wandered in here once, wandered out, and were then accused(I believe by the manager) of shoplifting. No, absolutely not, I would not take any of your exquisite sterling trinkets. After emptying out my bag in another store(she and two police officers — not mall security — followed us into this store and subsequently denounced us there) in order to prove I had not taken anything, she failed to offer any sort of apology. That’s fine. She can go back to that miserable store and enjoy the company of exquisite sterling trinkets that are apparently worth shoplifting. But truly a heaping pile of weaksauce.
