Helzberg Diamonds

My hubby was going to get my e ring from Shane Co but he somehow ended up getting it from here, he said he had a pleasant experience and the sales person was very helpful, though I seriously beg the differ.
I bought my wedding band from here since it made sense to just get it from the same place as my e ring. Since I have two bands, my rings needed to be sized up. When I brought them in to be sized up and soldered together, the gal that helped me was giving me a snooty attitude. Then proceed to tell me I have to show her my inspection cards before she can do it. When I told her the bands were literally 1 week old and she was the one that inspected my e ring before (and she remembered, or so she said) and that I don’t carry the cards on me wherever I go, she started to give me the lecture of that I should always carry those with me in my wallet or purse. (Why would I? This is just a jewelry inspection card, not my drivers license…)
It took them almost two weeks to get the rings back, and when she (same lady) me my ring, there was a noticeable gap between the e ring and one of the bands. I showed her the noticeable gap, she just casually said «I can send it back again to have them fix that if you want.» I asked her how long is it going to take, she said two weeks.
I ended up taking the rings down to a helzberg location down south and they were able to have it back to me in 4 days.
I was mainly pissed at this specific sales associates snooty attitude and the fact that It took them two weeks to do a shitty job and didnt even bother to put it on Rush order to fix a job they fucked up on.
I got coupons to use on the bands so they were a really good deal, otherwise, I would’ve save myself the frustration of dealing with the biatch that works at this store and gone somewhere else.
Sometimes I do wish my hubby went to Shane co in the first place…

bad customer service… and not reputable.
sales associates were not knowledgeable at all… we were told we’d receive a call back in a couple of days regarding our special request/​order on a particular stone and custom setting because the associates couldn’t answer our questions.
not only did we not receive a call but when I called back to find out what the delay was, I asked more questions about the stone and found out that the stone wasn’t even real it was lab created!
WTF?! this should have been told to us immediately, how ghetto this place is…
pretty important detail to leave out!
I do not recommend this location at all… we’ve been to several jewelry stores in search of the perfect ring and by far Helzberg was the worst!

They stand up to their promise and fixed a ring for free when we bought their extended warranty. love that they will clean all my rings when I bring the one I bought from them.
