Went back to same store another day and manager there acknowledged that there’s been a problem with two colors of this particular jacket, and they offered to exchange my jacket to a different color. I received the jacket a few days later in the mail and to date it hasn’t leaked any feathers. Yeah! Love the jacket. Thank you!

Every time I come in here(usually not on my own accord), the staff watches me. Maybe not just me, but every customer in the store. They really want to make sure you are being helped. They will stalk you. They will hunt. You are someone’s prey. Deal with it. I will even slowly walk by the storefront, on my way to another store, and the employees are already poking their heads out, opening their mouths to say«hello» to me as I pass on to explore the rest of Flatiron Crossing. However. this store goes on for days. Decent overpriced clothing, and the occasional camping gear supplies. Not sure if it’s really worth being stalked as I shop. Real mountain people don’t come here, but yuppity yuppies instead. I realize I was redundant there.
