Terribly dirty just messy messy messy dirty floor mats palm on top of furniture iMessage kitchen so greasy covered in food it’s almost unimaginable I’m fixing to put something in my mouth it comes from this restaurant. Service was slow bathroom is dirty tables dirty just food everywhere it’s like no one cares. Ate the food french fries tasted old maybe they had set around for a long time hamburger had so much mayonnaise on it it literally boost mayonnaise onto the floor

the place definitely has came a long way, u can tell the staff has been completely redone… the store was super clean and they were fast n efficient. definitely coming back soon…

Wanted to stop by for a quick lunch, as this is a fast food restaurant, and ended up waiting 10 minutes to just order even though there were only 2 customers in front of us, because nobody is ever at the cash register. Then we proceeded to wait 30 minutes for food because they didn’t have any chicken ready. We didn’t even order anything special, just the original recipe chicken. There were 4 people working and nobody seemed to be very productive.

Not rating the food, but the service. On Thursday we attempted to buy the special of the day Pot Pie which they did not have ready and would be a long wait. We said we would wait anyway as it was for my elderly mom at home so while we were waiting we were treated like royalty and the folks were most apologetic and helpful. I want to give a shout out to these folks for going the extra mile to accomodate us (the pot pie was tasty, by the way, my mom says). thanks.

My wife had an appointment nearby so I stopped in for a quick lunch while waiting for her.
Big mistake! Just ordered a crispy breast, Mac and cheese and a drink. Well, the drink was good! However, the chicken was tough and almost inedible I ate the crisp and some chicken but most went in the trash. Kraft Mac and cheese is better. Don’t waste the calories.
Tables were dirty and the clerk was indifferent. All in all, a really fine dining experience!!! Not!!!

Thank you for forgetting half of my order and giving me a drink with just ice. My fault for not checking I guess…

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! Yesterday was the worst experience ever! I did the survey on their receipt and so did my mom. They never asked for contact info for following up… Go figure! So here’s what happened: When we arrived there were 2 ahead of us in line. The cashier told us he would be right back that we needed to just hold on as he needed to bag some orders. Took a good 20 minutes to order and get food. We asked for our drink cups 3 times and didn’t get them until we got the food. The drink station was a mess, no small lids or straws. When we got home there was no butter or honey. The Mac and cheese I ordered had pieces of meat in it, which I couldn’t eat. (We went there specifically because I am on a very bland diet and wanted mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese) the biscuits were hard as a rock. And somewhere was lost in translation that my brother wanted a plain double cheese burger not with sauce. He threw the whole thing away. I guess the only thing that got eaten was the mashed potatoes. EXTREMLY displeased and doubt we will be back. The colonel would be ashamed of this store! There went $ 25 down the drain.

What a dump went there on a Friday and ordered a family meal. I wanted extra crispy chicken and guess what they didn’t have any. How could you be out of extra crispy on a Friday night. Wedges tasted old cole slaw was old mac and cheese nasty I will not go back there again.

Yuck. Dirty. Poor customer service. No clean tables. No straws/​condiments. Terrible dining experience. Afraid to go into the bathrooms. The tire shop next door had cleaner bathrooms.

Tables are sticky, the service is squeaky. The potato bowl took 30 minutes to make and it was cold and under cooked by the time I got it. They couldn’t even complete the whole order by the time I got my bowl. The bell you ring when they do a good job was covered with cobwebs from probably never being rang. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

I go to this place frequently and usually get decent service and food. But this time it was horrible. The girl behind the counter gave me rude service with such an attitude that made me want to throw my drink in her face. The food was nasty and mushy and the float was barely even edible with just what looked like a half a teaspoon of melted ice cream mixed with flat root beer. Yuck!

I came to this place a while back to get the chicken, mash potatoes w/​gravy, biscuit and corn on the cob meal and I usually love it but this place it all seem to be a little soggy. Corn seem mushy like it’s was sitting in warm water all day and the chicken seem like the same. All I ate was the mash potatoes and biscuit. Probably stick with A&W next time I need to stop here.
