Amazing experience. The management and the staff were all very friendly. Not the first time I have purchased here, definitely not the last. If you want good customer service ask for Mayra. I have purchased everything from watches to rings for the wife. Very knowledgeable about the type of stones and the various metals. Would highly recommend.

Horrible sales practices, wasn’t very happy from the first encounter. I did business with them in the 1980’s and loved them… wow has times changed firstly the quality of jewelry not the best but cute… so I started a account, so I purchased a ring and a couple of months later a pair of earrings… cute stuff but not the best quality… my problem was they always try to sell me stuff when i make payments and will not respect my refusal to purchase other items all i want is to make payment… after several months of this Decided to pay off balance and cancel my account. I told told them I do not like it when I tell you I dont want to buy anything and they continue to try to sell me stuff. Even after i told the associate I wanted to close my account The woman told me she has nice watches. And had a nerve to ask why am I upset. to make matters worse the number she gave me to cancel directs to another number that goes to voice mail… so if you dont like pushy salespeople stay away

Made a HUGE mistake of buying a WEDDINGBAND from them after they refused to resize the factory size(excuse me for NOT having the average size 7 ring size). Paid $ 55 to have it resized AFTERBUYINGITFROMTHEM. Now after the wedding, ring size STILL does not fit(their sizer is NOT acurate) and they want to charge me AGAIN to get it resized. I have bought other merchandise from them in the past. They have LOST a loyal customer.

I dont normally write many reviews, but in all honesty these employees give excellent customer service. I recently got my 2 year old ears pierced and like any mother I was terrified, but the young woman that helped me out, explained how to take care of my daughter’s ears and was so gentle my baby cried but in seconds she had a smile on her face as she saw her reflection on the mirror. They gave her free balloons and a coloring book. Thank you Nibia.

They asked to clean my earring. They did, they vibrated a diamond out of it, and then charged me to out the diamond back in when I bought it from them. I won’t make that mistake again. Never buying anything from Daniels again.

I normally do not write reviews but the customer service experienced at this location was horrendous. Unfortunately this location does not represent Daniel’s Jewelers well and Corporate should be concerned about this store. I had the tremendous displeasure of meeting sales associate N.P. who acted in a completely unprofessional manner. When the issue was addressed to the manager, he proceeded to cut me off, and stated that there were other customers in the store and he did not feel comfortable discussing the issue having them within earshot. There was only one other customer on the other side of the store who was NOT within earshot and I was speaking in a low voice. They gave me a number to the district manager who proceeded to inform me that it was her day off and she could not help me until the next day. I called Corporate and got a voice mail. I was utterly surprised. I proceeded to bring my concern to the Mall’s customer service desk and they, regrettably, informed me that I am not their only complaint about Daniel’s Jewelers and the stores demeanor is known throughout the mall.
