We have been here on numerous occasions and they have always been packed. Basically you wait in line to pay and then they have about 50r 6 rooms to dine in. Each having a different theme(sports, cabin, cartoons, etc). They serve typical buffet food so of you are looking for fine dining I suggest not coming here. They have a huge gaming area in the back for the kiddies and they do serve alcohol. Try it at least once and form your own opinion.

Went here for my little sister’s birthday. The place is similar to Chuck e Cheeses but 10TIMESBETTER. Everytime I go to Chuck e Cheeses it is really dirty and unsanitary but this place is awesome! The mashed pototoes are PERFECT! Best mashed potatoes I have ever tasted. It is basically a buffet that serves many types of pizza, pasta, salad, chicken and baked or mashed potatoes. Please try the mashed potatoes!!! Soooo good! The pizza was pretty good but I have tasted better. The pasta tends to be a bit dry because you get plain, dry, flavorless pasta and have to add the sauce yourself. For the entertainment, much more of a variety than Chuck e Cheeses. You can choose from bowling, bumpercars, lazertag, and a few small rides, and MANY arcade games. The place is huge. If you are wondering how you go about, getting on the rides and playing games, you spend a certain amont of money depending on how many credits you want. Your credits are stored on a card you scan at each game or ride. Each ride costs 10 credits. The games cost 1 – 4 credits but bowling is 6. Fun place I recommend for parties. BESURETOCOMEINTHEMORNING! If you dont come right when they open the place gets way to packed for comfort and the food starts to get old and stuff… soo yeah get there early! ~Sorry about the super long review~

Wow. I will never come here again. We only came for a birthday party but the people here are disgusting. Half the games were broken, people in line were yelling at the other people in line, I felt like I needed a security guard to walk around with me the whole time. Let’s just say this place makes Chuck E Cheese look like Disneyland. Surprisingly the food was okay.

We arrived around 11:45am and waited about 20 mins in line then it took another 15 mins for the cashier to ring us up. Food: I did not like any of the pizzas. The only 2 things I enjoyed were the bread sticks and my soda. $ 11 for adults. $ 7 for kids. $ 1.99 for drinks The bathroom smelled really bad. I walked in after my meal and the smell made me wanted to throw up. Really!!! Service: the people are really helpful with the games and the food area. Games: $ 19.99 for 100 credits and 1 ride. Most of the games are pretty fun. The kids enjoyed it. I don’t like to come here because the food is just awful. We spent $ 100 for 2 adults, 2 kids, 3-$ 20 fun cards and 4 drinks. NOTWORTHIT!!! Parking: hard to find on the weekends.

I’d go again for my boy. Affordable but this location had a lot of games that were out of order. Crowd /kids at this location were unpleasant. Hoping they open another location elsewhere. I’ve been to the San Diego locations and their nicer.

I come here a lot being we have small children and we never have problems but today we came for a family member birthday party I get in and meet up and not even being here 10 mins I have a worker telling me I have 20 mins left on the table how are you going to pay 140.00 for 30 min and to top the worker was rude after complaining to 6 different people and asking for a refund now it’s ok and I could sit at a table for as long as I want but a paying customer shouldn’t have to go to all this

I like the concept of buffet and games in one place, and I really want to say I liked it. But, I find the whole establishment incredibly chaotic and disgusting. I could just imagine how many people have used those cups and utensils before me. There were trash on the floor and slices of pizza left on one of the arcade games. If you have OCD or claustrophobia, stay away from this place or else you’re going to have a nervous breakdown. Plus, i don’t think the kids are safe enough to play on their own since there are no handstamps unlike in Chuckie Cheese’s where the kids won’t be able to come out just by themselves. I want to say that the bathroom was well kept though, which is one good thing about this place. So am I ever coming back to this place? Only if my kids beg me to.

This place is very popular and precisely because of this is why it should constantly be cleaned and kept up. The food trays/displays were not filled up with all the choices, the area was pretty clean but the dishes were not. I grabbed about 3 plates before I got a clean one. The table was a little sticky but I overlooked it. The one thing I did not understand was the restroom. I understand that there might not have been enough staff that night but it wasn’t just that night from what I read in other reviews. The cleanliness level was far below what I expected. It reeked of urine in almost every stall and I didn’t even want my 4 year old to use the restroom by I didn’t have a choice. The manager, supervisor, owner should really look into this because we went in for our first time to check it out since I thought I might be doing my sons 5th birthday there but this visit made me decide not to. On the other hand the arcade is fun and although some games were not working and were physically broken, that’s pretty common when children are involved. I just hope they are quick to fix these things or else that piece of machinery is just going to sit there and take up space.

Came here yesterday on Martin Luther King Jr. day and I was surprised it was not crowed at all which is why I was disgusted with the place. Our kids never got hand stamped like they say they do. And the buffet had no food! Everyone kept waiting around for food to come out. Every station salad, pasta, pizza and dessert was missing so much food. I had to recheck the time to make sure it wasn’t closing. Every cup and plate I got was wet and dirty. The food was good must say that. It was a bit frustrating that almost every game we played didn’t work. The machines had a hard time reading the cards and we couldn’t play a handful of them. Kids loved the rides but the bumper cars had a very loud scratching noise, it was horrible. There was a ride also down. They had bowling but only 2 lanes worked. We spent $ 100 in total for food and for the $ 24.99 +2 rides and $ 24.99 was way too much!!! Considering we came from east LA to Buena Park I would say we aren’t coming back. Much better experience at the one in Montclair!

I use to think this place was ok, but now it’s just the pits. Most of the games are fun, but when we went last night it seemed like every other game was not working. The big flying chairs ride was not working either. The place is dirty. .dirty! As for the buffett, the pizza, salad, and desserts are pretty good/descent. The fried chicken was disgusting though; it was over fried. Way too over fried.

This place is cool. I have only been here twice and both times for birthday parties. Its pretty huge. I like the concept of this place but the line to get in can be soo long sometimes. I like that there is A lot of security so kids don’t just run out or get swiped lol. Lots of games, even bowling and bumper cars. Prizes suck tho lol unless you get thousands of tickets. Food is OK. I mostly eat the pizza and desserts. Employees are on top of it on always keeping it stocked. A lot of food & drinks to choose from. Its not that expensive here. Good place for a rainy day.

If I could give this place a minus 10 I would. When walking up to the buffet I was very surprised to find that at 1:30 pm it looked like we had arrived late to a party. When I said that to the employee she replied, «YA, we only put out fresh food if you ask for it.» I said«then we are asking for it.» I told her we would go to the game room and give her a chance to freshen things up. In the 2 hours we were there she put out one pizza. The hot food is under temperature and the cold food isn’t up to temperature. I couldn’t believe they were actually serving this food to the public. I spoke with a manager who shrugged his shoulders. I spoke to someone at Corporate and got the same reaction. See the Health Departments Recent Report, it will gross you out.

«Incredible» is not the word I would used to describe any of the food, much less the pizza. I was here with my family for a birthday party on the weekend, and was told by those who’ve been here before that it’s a step up from Chuck E. Cheese’s. I will give it that, but it is still VERY noisy(loud enough to need ear protection – seriously!). The floors were dirty from all the foot traffic, and the food bars were poorly maintained. The soft serve ice cream machine was a disaster with discarded ice cream and cones overflowing over the grate. The food bars were dirty and in many of the areas I went to, there was either not enough food, or it didn’t look appetizing. Desserts were all dried out and looked as if they’d been under the heating lamps for a long time; same with the pasta: dried up with sauce all over the counter. We were shown to one of the smaller party rooms, and the tables were still dirty from the previous party. The room attendant came to clean my table and sprayed cleaner directly on the table instead of into his cleaning cloth, so that my husband and I had to scoot back so we wouldn’t catch any overspray. Even after the cleaning, the table was still sticky and I didn’t want to eat there. I will not be coming back. I’m not a pizza party joint kind of person anyway, but this was an «incredible» disappointment and only confirmed that I don’t want to go to places like this again. I was only here because my goddaughter was having her birthday and would never choose to come to a place like this.

DONOT. I REPEATDONOTCOMEHEREFORDINNERDURINGTHEWEEK! You’re wasting your money because it is so slow that they let food sit out and won’t put any new food no matter how long it’s been out for. Gross!!! The staff are very young kids who don’t know anything about customer service… that’s what happens when you mix bad attitudes with poor management. 2 stars if you come weekends when they have to replace food so it’s usually fresh. It’s also a glorified chuck e cheese so good for people who have kids. Just avoid coming during the week.

This place was before when it was brand new. But… Now… 1st, the price of buffet isn’t too bad. Not so much difference since before. Ambience— depending on the day of the week I guess. Of course as the weekend comes, the bussier the place is. Machines— kept up! :) mostly still in great shape Bowling is a different story tho. It looks like it’s gonna fall apart any minute now Cleanliness — on a busy weekend, they sure couldn’t keep up. Staff — considering all these people bugging them and all… They’re all still great and with smiles on their faces when ur having issues with ur machine or ur card. Lastly, FOOD! Boo!!! If there was a zero I would rate it that. Everything Is watered Down. From the salad dressing to the pasta sauce and even the pizza sauce. My Goodness! I mean we are paying for the buffet on entrance right??! So what did we really pay for now… Water?

Really awful food and dirty facility. Each area has its own uniquely bad smell. All of the food looked like plastic and was in no way worth $ 15, even with the tokens and tickets that included. Two stars because not alllll of the games were broken and the staff was pretty friendly. We went as a group of 20 somethings being silly, and they were very accommodating and didn’t mind us goofing around.

Chuck E Cheese for Grown Ups? Yes, there is wine and beer served here. Not that I got any with my over carbed lunch here but I do have to say the fresh donuts here is sinfully delicious. I also do like the different theme rooms they have here. We sat inside what looks like a Disney room along with some other Universal movie posters. Its kind of confusing with the prices. Buffet price is decent, $ 7.49 for adults and ~6 for young kids and $ 5 for younger kids under 5. The arcade broken ratio is acceptable. I would say for every 10 we tried, 1 was broken. Lots of the card readers weren’t working correctly though. The air hockey runs out of air once you pass 5 minutes. The bowling alley also has a timer won’t return your ball to you since it gets stuck in the return gutter. You manually have to get it and roll it down before the time runs out. It’s not 10 frame either. Some ticket machines would get your tickets, but most are E-tickets that are stored on your card. Coming in the summer, we saw lots of daycamp kids here. So be aware!

Chuck E Cheese on steroids! A better version of chuck e cheese. They have rides, games and a pretty amazing all you can eat buffet. Came here with a small group for a kid’s birthday party. From what I remember we paid $ 150 for 13 people. It was cheaper for us because we came as a class/school field trip.(Group rates are higher if it’s not school related). It included 1 ride, 30 credits of games and buffet. It also included a tour of the entire place and«make your own pizza» activity. Making your own pizza was super fun for the kids and adults. The staff who helped us was nice and helpful. Each person got a small pizza dough with choices of pepperoni, shredded cheese, ham, pineapple, sausage and green bell peppers for toppings. I chose them all lol. Then, we got to play the games while we waited for the pizza to cook. The mini pizzas were delicious, especially the sauce ^_^. Games were cool. You get a fun card instead of tokens when you play games. I’m not sure if I’m sold on the FUN Card yet. I like the idea, but would rather have tokens or quarters instead. Also, some of the games were not working and still ate some of our credits. We had to find staff to put credits back on our cards, which was a bit annoying. The buffet was pretty awesome. For the price of $ 10(included in the group rate), you get all you can eat pizzas, baked potato bar, soup bar, salad bar pasta and dessert OMG! Everything we had was yummy. My fav is the salad bar. All the veggies tasted fresh and I tried their raspberry vinaigrette and I liked it a lot. Their pizzas are pretty yummy and creative with flavors like Alfredo and Mac n Cheese pizza. I highly recommend this place for all kids and adults. Can’t wait to go back again ^_^. I still have credits in my fun card.
