AKA Tree Removal

Horrible!!! This company is not realible & ultimately gave my family disappointment. They left behind a complete
mess not just in front of our property but towards the neighbor’s also. They lied about the quote and final price for which services would be included the job figure. That type of handling is unacceptable.
My family was quoted & rescheduled the day of our intitial job by Mr. Lee Smith. We had to push everything out an additional week. He even had to ask again how much he had quoted for the job. Are you kidding you’re that disorganized that you don’t have your estimate documentation!!! This operation was so scattered & unprofessional. After Mr. Lee Smith assured us he’d be present at our house by 8am the next day. He was no where to be seen the entire time until the crew left on the project day. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but that was sooooo wrong.
Only workers were appeared there late with one man that seemed to be the project manager, who had a very rude aapproach to my entire family. We would ask him questions to which he would be as curt & dismissive as possible. He even stated that he & his crew would be taking all the wood to sell but they’d need to store it in the front of our house over night… WTH!?! So, you re making money on the project to cut down trees & now you’re using our property as a storage station to sell the trees later. Mr. Lee Smith wasn’t even aware of this apparently. Which he should’ve been running a fighter ship. He even lied or completely forgot that he said the stump in our front yard would be removed. He charged us an extra $ 200 only to say on the day of the job there was no such promise. Then why would I agree to an extra $ 200??? Totally ridiculous! So, he kept saying we don’t even have the equipment for that. WTH?!? So, stressful & chaotic!
Once the majority of requested tasks got wrapped up. They demanded their payment & packed up quickly not thoroughly explain after care & satisfaction questions. We dealt with neighbors & the local authority complaining about the wood chips & waste set aside on the property.
It was urgent that they get back to clean it up properly but they never did. Numerous calls were made only to be ignored & set with a view of well «I’ve collected my money so that’s done.» That’s terrible customer service & deplorable way to market. I felt so bad they treated us like fools. I want others to know that they can get much better service elsewhere. Even if paying morperformance e, you can at least get great quality work from start to finish. Instead, of lackluster performance that is skipping steps to just run off with their payout.
After packing up because they were wanting to leave fast, fast, fast with crew said they will be back in the morning to pick up some woods mainly for them to resell and they just came & didn’t even notify us they were there again & disappeared. So I called Mr. Lee Smith and told him about the war zone of mess & he assured my family that his crew would be out to clean it up, even stating if they udon’t he would do it himself!!! Why are you saying things you don’t want to fulfill! Now his company & Mr. Lee Smith are making every effort to avoid our calls!!! Obviously, they don’t care about customer retention!!! Such a huge disappointment & shame!!!

I had a tree limb overhanging on my street and if it fell it could damage a car or a person. AKA gave me a great quote and came out promptly with a chipper and an 8 person crew and had it down in about an hour plus they trimmed it up and it looks great! I highly recommend them!

I decided to have AKA return to my home and remove a few more dead trees and clear out the woods around my creek. Again, I’m very impressed with the results and my parents have just hired them as well.
