Bummer this is the only place in bullhead. All the owner does is complain. Like I give a shit. Prices are way higher than big city cleaners. I brought in about 20 slacks a couple suits and dozens of shirts the first time and asked for a volume discount. HA. They considered charging more for the big order. I go LA once a month. Just save up my clothes and pay $ 1.50 a piece instead of $ 4.50. Saves me hundreds s month.

My first time at this cleaners and probably my last. They did a fine job on my clothes but their attitudes suck… especially for a first time customer. First off… CASHONLY!!! and boy are they proud of that fact as expressed to me by Mr. and Mrs. Macias(see the sign at the end of the counter… we been in business 25 years…). Secondly, when I took my Tommy Bahama shirt into be cleaned all Mrs. Macias could say was that they are made with poor craftsmanship now… how they used to be high quality but not anymore(I was proud of this shirt as it was the first one I could afford to buy). I like to be loyal to the businesses I use and I feel that they should show the same response but this episode left a sour taste in my mouth. Not many dry cleaners in Bullhead so I might have to look elsewhere.

Worse customer service imaginable. We bring a lot of dress shirts there. We asked to have them put in separate plastic and lady says«well if I do it for you, I have to do it for everyone!». Any other option is better than these rude people. Just a matter of time before things tail off and they’ll realize it’s too late. Pure ignorance of how to run a business.

Don’t bother stopping! The best aspect of this business is the terrible parking! The owner is rude. I wanted my suit, dress shirts, and ties dry cleaned. She picked through each piece telling me I could«wash and press them at home.» Leave your credit card in your car… cash or check only. And it’s probably easier to buy a gun than pay for your dry cleaning with a check! She wants every form of ID, bank account and your first born! Wear dirty clothes! It’s less of a hassle.

The owner complained about having too much work and not being a slave when I wanted to get my cloths in two days instead of four she proposed. She is always demeaning towards the customers. I would seek other options. Also, they don’t accept plastic. She made a snarky remark about that as well.

They were not interested in cleaning a couple of blankets and bedspreads. I worked in dry cleaning and cannot believe they turned down work. They are also expensive.

Horrible customer service!!! I had a dress dry cleaned, cost me 6 bucks for a basic cotton dress to be cleaned and it wasn’t even clean. When I got home and removed the dress from the bag the three tiny spots I asked to be removed weren’t. I run some cold water over them and they came out. What did I pay them 6 bucks for? My husband had some pants hemmed and I could have done a better job myself. You could see the hem on the outside of the pants. A professional hems a pair of pants so that the hem is only visible from the inside. When he expressed his concern she clearly could care less. I’ve never met a business owner who dosen’t take pride in her business or care about her customers. Oh, and they only take cash, no cards. Please don’t go here if you have clothes you like!

Open until 6. Always friendly service. By default, clothes are not starched unless you request it.
