This place has a very interesting menu which makes it difficult to figure out what you want. The food is all amazing and delicious. The wait was about 20 minutes for two people and although it gets really busy the staff is always willing to help you and do there best to get you served as quickly as possible. I will definitely be returning!

Came here on a Sunday morning around 8:30AM and wow it was already crowded! Luckily we still beat the rush and didn’t have to wait though. This place has ample seating indoors. I heard great things about the matcha green tea pancake, so we decided to share one order of that for two people. The wait for the food took at least half an hour. However, the green tea monster was delicious and well worth the wait! White chocolate and green tea are a tasty combination.

The wait wasn’t too bad on sat at 11:30. We waited for maybe 35mins for a 2 seats at the counter(though a lot of parties before us had left). We tried the green tea pancakes, which I thought were good but a little on the sweet side for me since they added which chocolate chips to the batter. The white cream gave it a nice cool balance. The house latte was really good! Loved the flavor of all the spices and cinammon that was added. We also ordered bea omelette which was light and had lots of veggies! No a/c on this hot summer day :(

I’m usually not a fan of trendy places with ridiculous waits, but I ended up here for a father’s day brunch, and was pretty happy with the food and service. Despite being located in a huge shopping center, parking is very difficult to find, especially on the weekends. After finally finding a spot and walking past about 30 people waiting for tables in the front, I found my group(luckily had already been seated) and was promptly brought coffee and water. The place was packed and noisy, with lots of screaming kids. Not sure if it’s always like this or if it was because of father’s day, but it was hard to hold a conversation above all the noise. Despite this, the service was excellent, the waiters were attentive, and the food was very, very solid. I had a classic eggs benedict, and it was pretty much cooked to style. Perfect eggs, and a well executed hollandaise. I guess one of their specialties are green tea pancakes(we got an order for the table), but I refused to try them. Not a fan of gimmicky foods, but everyone seemed to enjoy them. Overall, I was impressed with the service and food, and would consider coming back here – just not on the weekends or a major holiday.

Love brunch time! Came in at 1:30pm on Father’s Day expecting it to be super packed but the wait was only like 10 minutes. Had the Green Tea Monster Pancakes. Very good! Comes with 3 pancakes topped with Mascarpone and some kind of green tea sauce with white chocolate chips in it. The pancakes themselves were very nice and fluffy, served with my fave, warm syrup! This is good enough to share because it tends to be a little too sweet after awhile. My son ordered The OG which was French toast dipped in egg batter with cinnamon. Comes with 4 and is very thick. The plates here are very filling. Washed it down with some Thai Iced Tea and Peach Lemonade! Pricey but worth it! They come in really big glasses. The service was great! Good customer service. This place gets super busy and now I understand why. The food is great! These are the type of brunch places that I am always looking for.

Busy and worth it. Parking is difficult but it’s a big plaza so park and walk. They have indoor and outdoor tables. It was crowded when we went. Waited 40 min. We just looked at the 2 menus front and back. All the portions were large. Green tea monster was good. My favorite was the peaches and crunch. The croque madam was fabulous. We will be back to try the other crêpe/pancake/waffle/french toast options

Green tea pancakes are the best! They have an extensive menu but always order the green tea pancakes. I would recommend going in a group so you can share and try more plates. I usually get there after 2pm and it’s about a 15 minute wait.

Love this place! Great variety of flavor toppings for pancakes/waffles/crepes and french toast. Gluten free options too! My new favorite are the Green Tea pancakes, DELICIOUS! Yes, there’s usually a wait. Well worth it though! Service for us has always been great! The staff is friendly and courteous. It shows that they enjoy thier work. Pricing for all the quanity & quality of food you receive is very reasonable. Ohhh and LOVE the bacon!

If you’re looking to come here for breakfast, I would advise you to come before 9am. Bea Bea has limited seating. You can find a pretty large breakfast/brunch menu here. There’s something for everyone. Everyone gets some kind of order of their pancakes here. Their most famous is the Green Tea Monster. Made with mini white chocolate chips inside the pancake, topped with mascarpone cream cheese, and their super yummy green tea topping. I would say, if you wanted to order the pancake in additional to a main dish, have at least 3 people in your party to help eat the pancake. It’s a 3 stack and its filling, but so worth it. Compared to the green tea pancake at cici’s in Tarzana, I like Bea Bea’s more because of the extra white chocolate chips inside Bea Bea’s. Service is quick and helpful.

We showed up at 8 am which is early enough for a Saturday morning in my opinion but to no surprise there were already people eating inside. Within 30 minutes there was a line out the door. We were greeted and were waited on in a timely and friendly manner. The food was okay in my book nothing outstanding and nothing I would want to wait for. I tried the Eggs Benedict which was not that good. The muffin wasn’t toast and seemed rubbery, the hollandaise sauce was rather bland and not tangy. My fiancé got a waffle which was pretty fabulous but that doesn’t suprise me given that it had ice cream smothered on top of it. They did have some delicious tea though but that’s only one small aspect of the meal. Overall, I’d like to go back and give it another try since so many people rave about it but who knows when that’ll be given that there are so many amazing options in the Los Angeles area.

This review is after my second time coming to this place. Both times i have come to this place has been during the week and I did not have a long wait at all maybe at most twenty minutes. The waitress is alright they werent the nicest they seem more i to getting to all the tables then paying attention to the customers. But they are good when it comes to getting you what you need. PROS * the food come in big portions * their is alot of parking * the food is delicious CONS * its placed in a busy plaza * the food takes some time to come out * it could get pretty crowded What we ordered *pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, potatoe wedges.

Two things you must do: 1. Go early. Get here before 10 am or you will wait a long time. 2. Green. Tea. Mother*ckin’ pancakes. Bea Bea’s is nearby Burbank airport and our flight was around 1:25 pm. We got here around around 9:30 am and we only waited for 2 minutes. Holy sh*t. Green Tea Pancakes. SOOOOOOOOODELICIOUS! I think 3 or maybe 4 people can share this thing. It was quite a big portion. The bf and I didn’t finish it. Hah. I also got the Lux Egg Benedicts. It was a lot of food. I didn’t finish it as well since I was more into my Green Tea pancakes. It was delicious though. The bf got eggs, bacon and hash. He finished his since he was super hungry. Lol. Service was pretty fast for being a busy place. Lady refilled our coffee cups consistently and asked if we needed anything else a few times. Overall, this place was pretty good. The Green Tea pancakes were definitely a hit for us. When past 10 am hits, the line formed pretty fast so I highly suggest to come before 10 am!

The green tea monster pancakes were delicious! They live up to their hype… I’m so glad :) I love the white chocolate bits throughout the pancakes. Everything just goes so well together. I came on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed inside and outside, with a line out the door! The plaza was also full where I was lucky enough to find a spot by Vons just to go and pick up my order. They were meticulously packed and separated neatly by the workers, thank you! I hope to be back and dine in for the experience there in the future.

Meeting for an early morning breakfast is a great way to bypass traffic, and Bea Bea’s opens daily at 7am which made it a great option. Since it is located in a plaza with a Von’s, there’s also plenty of free parking, which means one thing less to think about. Service was pleasant and as I was waiting for my dc to join me, I was talked back into getting the Green Tea Monster instead of the Thai Tea Pancakes($ 10.95 Thai tea cakes topped with Thai Tea cream & whipped cream). Sadly, I could not order both, as two sweets would have been just too sweet. I was hoping to share a sweet and a savory with my friend. Turned out that my friend was of like mind, so we did indeed order the 3 pancake high Green Tea Monster($ 11.50 Matcha green tea pancakes, green tea mascarpone, white chocolate chips & whipped cream) which was quite good yet not overly sweet as a whole, with the exception of the bites which yielded the candy chips. As for our savory option, the BeaBea’s Omelet($ 12.95 egg whites with spinach, garlic, asparagus, jalepenos, broccoli, avocado, Boursin cheese & mozzarella cheese) in which we nixed the jalepenos was filled with a decent portion of well cooked vegetables and the hit of creamy Boursin cheese did good things to the omelet as a whole. As for the home fried potatoes that came with, they were a bit sodden by the omelet. So I would suggest seeing if it could be served on a separate plate to in order to retain its crispness. Portions here seem to range from reasonable to huge as evidenced by the Belgian waffle which was delivered to a nearby table. If Bea Bea’s were at a convenient location to me, I could see myself happily munching my way through their menu of sweet breakfast options.

Those green tea pancakes! I will be dreaming about you. I don’t typically see green tea pancakes on menus at other restaurants, so that was a reason for my hubby to order it and it was moist and not too sweet(without the toppings). The green tea mascarpone, white chocolate chips, and whipped cream made it more of a dessert for me. This qualifies as worth the calories in my opinion. Bea Bea’s omelette — every time I travel my go to breakfast order is a veggie omelette so having hundreds of them I have to say this one was perfect. It had egg whites(thank you for the genius who put this on the menu so people like me don’t need to constantly pay the extra price and substitute for egg white). Yes it was pricier but it was nice not having to substitute. The other thing that I loved was not being charged for adding salsa to my omelette. I love tomatillo salsa and or any salsa and every time I ask for salsa I am told there is an extra charge. Thanks for not nickel and diming Bea. Spinach, garlic, jalapeño, asparagus, broccoli, avocado, tomatillo, Boursin I think would have been a bit much and I got it on the side, but it was still topped with mozzarella. My perfect omelette ingredients. I also like side options with choices of low fat cottage cheese, fruit, or sliced tomato instead of hash browns. With being busy service was decent and waiters were polite and friendly and do not rush. Patio is dog friendly and they brought my furbaby a bowl of water.

The Quick: The most gluttonous, delicious, sugary breakfast imaginable. Always crowded, but it moves quickly for small parties. Nothing fancy just great food. No booze. Will return. The Details: Break out the stretchy pants before you plan to eat here. Their waffles and pancakes are heavenly, all resembling desserts more than a balanced breakfast. We found the egg dishes to be lackluster in comparison; stick to what they do best… mountains of pancakes and gigantic waffles covered in goodness. Pro Tip: The menu is gigantic, so take a look while you wait. We loved the Oreo pancake waffles. The Damage: ~$ 30 for two for breakfast pre tip

Dem Bay Bays kids! TF you know about Baybays kids!?! Good breakfast joint in Burbank. Standard service. It’s worth a visit. You won’t regret any thing off the menu. Just know it’s a popular place so you’re going to have to wait… Under the hot california sun. And quit standing too damn close to the people eating by the entrance. Don’t nobody want your cargo shorts & mandals all up in their face as they try to enjoy breakfast. «Party of 2 please for the back patio… Away from these putos.» Wait that was rude. «Away from all these actors.» /fixed Your Homegirl, Violy

BRUNCHISTHEMOSTIMPORTANTMEALOFTHEDAY! and this place definitely is on my list of must go places for brunch now! Came here on a Sunday a little before noon and it was packed! The wait was 40 – 45 min so be prepared to wait a little if you come during peak hours We got seated on the patio which is actually a little nicer because it’s not as loud and on a good day the sun and breeze feel perfect! We ordered: GREENTEAMONSTERPANCAKES — green tea in pancakes! Need I say more — these were delicious and had little white chocolate chips in them! — I prefer them without the syrup because the whipped cream and green tea scoop are more than enough to give it a nice sweet taste without being overwhelming CORNEDBEEFHASHBENEDICT — soooo good! — the egg was perfectly yolky — came with a side of potatoes that were seasoned really well! I really like this place! The service was great and the food was even better! The only flaw I see is the wait but in my opinion it really was worth the wait! I will definitely be back if I’m in the area!

Given how someone on Unilocal here posted this place had LINES to wait and eat here… I decided to come on a Thursday afternoon to avoid a long wait. Sure enough… no line but the place was packed. I dont even think the place died down a bit since people just kept coming! Not to mention this location is quite big so while waiting for our food, i expected this place must be that good to be this crowded on a Thursday afternoon. Green Tea Monster: Seen this amazing pancake on instagram so it intrigued me enough to try it. The portion was huge… definitely worth $ 11.50. I love how the green tea wasnt too overwhelmingly bitter. More on the sweet side and filled with white chocolate chips. My husband had a bite and claimed it was too sweet. I think after eating it half way it did come off a bit sweet but it had just the right balance of tea and sweetness in my opinion. Very delicious. I saw they had a thai tea pancake… ill probably have to make my way back out to try that! Crunchy French Toast: Super yum. Big slices of toast. came out perfect. Not soggy and not hard and super crunchy. Again the toast had a right amount of of sweetness and the texture was exactly what any french toast should be. Deliciously amazing. The only con is it came with no fruit!!! Side fruit cup: I heard side fruit cup and thought it was a small cup. No way. I totally thought wrong. remember portions here are big… so that«side fruit cup» was actually a side order of a fruit BOWL lol. Either way no complaints. Service was a bit slow but it was also quite busy which is fine. Im overall pleased with the food and service and will be back for more once I have a chance to go again.
