Wow… I cant believe I just called and explained my situation and how im in discomfort and all and the receptionist pretty much told me the next available is in march… To top it off I said well what if its an emergency she said well go see another dr… Good staff dr. She just lost a patient for u. Great customer service there. I would never trust going here. I pay fot insurance and this is how I get treated. I get treated better at a free clinic… Quita B Is absolutely right about this place. Glad I read reviews before going here. Horrible. MAYBE THE DR IS GOOD BUT I NOW WILL NEVER KNOW BECAUSE HIS STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CRAPPY AND RUDE. YOU SUCK!!!

Excellent Doctor and staff, i finally found a caring Doctor. The office it’s clean and not too crowded. He is very passionate about his job.

The worst OBGYN visit of my life. Went to Dr. Flores for a routine check-​up and ended up with a horrible yeast infection. I called to inform the doctor and his staff nonchalantly told me that it was normal (I’ve NEVER experienced an infection after a pap test!). The communication between the doctor, staff, and patients are horrible. I tried to contact Dr. Flores numerous times about my infection for almost two weeks with no response from him nor his staff. I will NEVER go back there again!

I finally found the OB of my dreams lol he is well attentive! Loves to give his time to you and educate you! Helps with any questions you have! Never in a rush! I went through something traumatic again during a pregnancy and he was there for me!
He treats you more like a friend than a patient!!! I will not be switching anymore! He is young and very well educated and knows what he is doing. There’s hasn’t been a question I asked that he hasn’t given me a full detailed answer!
He is awesome! And so convenient and plenty of street parking if you don’t want to pay the $ 3 in their parking lot which still is not expensive!
Also his staff is awesome! Jessica and his nurse Reina feel like friends they are so nurturing and helpful
