I stopped at this place tonight on my way home from the gym. I was a little worried maybe it would not be that fresh. I decided to order all vegetarian dishes. I got Dolma, red beans dip, Armenian salad and Armenian pickles. It’s all so good! The salad is super fresh and the bean dip is to die for! I’m honestly in vegetarian heaven. I will absolutely be back!

Really Really Good! A nice little place. We got take out but next time I would go and eat in. Very small but a cozy warm feeling when entering. I had Lamb Kabob plate. The rice was excellent and the longest grain rice I have ever seen! You should try this place.

Place is closed up for the time being. Looks like they might be renovating but no sign or notice anywhere for customers. As someone suggested, Grilliant is around the corner and has kabobs.

Went to this restaurant after finishing a buisness meeting close by and was in the mood for kebob. All the windows were covered and there was an envelope on the door that said«kabob house» — possobly from the landlord? Business appeared closed :(so I went to Grilliant around the corner :)

The chicken kabob is the best. Great value you also get rice, salad, hummus and pita. Great place for a lunch meeting. Quiet as well. Probably the best kabob in Burbank. The menu has some other tasty items but the kabob is my favorite here.
