Old Navy

Very happy with the selection and the fact that this Old Navy is a lot bigger than other Old Navy stores. The clearance had a much better selection that the one in Watertown. Also like how it is near Market Basket :), a great place to go on a lunch break for food and light shopping.
Only problem with this Old Navy is their line and their cashiers. Line was moving incredibly slow, I waited for about 10 – 15 mins. Not sure if it was due to the fact that it was 1pm and everyone’s checking out before their lunch break ends, but still, the lines were moving extremely slow and so were the cashiers!

Very disorganized and ALWAYS long wait times to checkout! When you have a line of 10 customers with 1 cashier this is a problem! This has happened twice! Was told there was noonr else to ring!

It would be nice if I could shop here just once and go home without at least one item having the security gizmo still attached. Al\ways have to return to have removed…

I come here a lot. Sometimes I come and browse for about an hour not buying anything and sometimes I come and buy a handful of cloths. I agree with some of the other comments on here about how the brands used to be a whole lot better way back ;) Now the quality of the cloths is ok but I still love old navy because it makes me feel nostalgic. I miss their old school sweatshirts though. I used to have millions of them and I feel as though they don’t make them anymore.
The staff in this location I thought were very helpful. One girl saw I was trying on a shirt and she asked what I was looking for and if I needed help. She helped me pick out a nice cute fall shirt for my engagement pictures next weekend. She gave me advice on what boots would look good.
She also gave my fiancé good advice to help match our outfits since he had already gotten his shirt next door, he asked what color jeans to wear and she was very helpful. Even though my fiancé already knew it was nice to have someone not only help me out but him as well. I was able to buy a shirt without spending a fortune. But also looked super cute on. So I think there staff has always been friendly when I have gone in. ;)

We’ve browsed through the store a few times before but we haven’t actually tried to buy much until recently one weekend. We visited because there was a sale and along with the sale items, we also found a few other interesting items we were planning to buy. Unfortunately, there was only one cashier at checkout and she was working with a customer who had gift card issues. With no competent backup helping her to resolve the issue and no other associate taking the initiative to open up one of the many other registers, the line started to grow. I decided to time it and after the 15 minute mark, decided not to purchase the items because it did not appear the line was going to move anytime soon.

Upon entering the store it appeared to be a bit cluttered, almost to the point of being overwhelming. The customer service however is lacking if even existing. I waited 20+ minutes to simply purchase two shirts. The line was around the corner. This was on a week day at 3pm not any special day, which would have made more sense. What really bothered me was the fact that multiple staff members were visible «working» the floor. I placed quotes because again the place was a mess. They basically watched as the line got longer (and talked about it too) no one coming to help. They had 2 cashiers available up until I hit the 20 minute mark, then finally someone came up to help. I would also like to state that managers were visible, yet not helpful. Never going to old Navy again.

I would give this a zero if I was allowed. This is the messiest, most disorganized & disgusting old navy I have ever been inside. Make the extra drive to Danvers.

They’ve gone way done hill in the pAst 5 years. Very dissatisfied in the lack of personal attention. No one around when you need anything. Always up your ass when your just browsing? ???&&&

I wouldn’t call it avant-​garde clothing. You can find basics, such as primary colored tank tops, plenty of khaki pants or shorts, a whole wall full of flip flops. Think GAP, but even less out there. Plus, they are phenomenal at stocking plus sizes.
