Restaurant closed down a year ago. It’s now called Yummee Sandwiches and offers sandwiches and other Vietnamese dishes.

Now under new ownership. Previous owners decided to sell and retire — good for them. Ordered the wonton soup which we loved so much. Unfortunately it’s not the same — not even close. Didn’t try the other menu items so can’t vouch for the other items. Interested in hearing what others think. Too bad.

This was a new place I wanted to try in search of another great phở stop. The first thing to note is that it was pretty small and menu was a bit confusing because items were fragmented across multiple pages and boards. Once you get past that, the two ladies behind the counter are very nice and you order your food at a nice price. The place itself looked a bit shabby but it wasn’t unbearable, and if you are lucky enough to find a table inside during busy hours then you tend not to care anyways. The food was also pretty good except the noodles in my rare steak phở were a bit clumpy and the fork I asked for seemed a bit greasy. If you want to order a drink, they have a small fridge with sodas or juices. All in all, this is a good place to try out but I wouldn’t quite give it the best rating.

Nice vegetable phở. Lots of fresh crunchy vegetables, and I mean lots of vegetables. Service was quick and friendly, place was clean and reasonably priced. It is a bit small with only a few tables, so I suspect during the lunch rush hour, it might be hard to get a table. Fortunately for me, I rarely do lunch during the standard lunch rush hour, and this place does not close in mid-afternoon like so many restaurants do.

Definitely a mom & pop kind of place — small and personal. I am not a Phở connoisseur, but the broth appeared too salty for me. What I really love about this place is the pork vermicelli. Large portion of delicious vermicelli with pork and great fish sauce for 7 bucks!

I was unsure about even walking into this place. It’s a Vietnamese/Chinese(strange) hole in the wall in a dirty little strip mall. When you walk in it looks like a mini panda express with Phở on the menu. I ordered Phở Tai and an order of spring rolls. It took a while to get my food but to my surprise its because they make the spring rolls from scratch. They were great!!! Fresh just enough mint and they close the ends which I like! The phở was good and came with everything that you would want. Good size bowl, good meat portion, and the standard sides. I will definitely come here again. One major quirk with the owners is I think they are too cheap to reprint the menu’s with the updated pricing so be prepared to pay more than the listed amount(it’s not much but still a Major Oversight)

I called ahead and ordered a veggie phở for pick up. They don’t have a website so I had no menu to work off of but every phở place I’ve been to has offered a veggie option. After getting there I realized they only offered chicken or beef– but they were very friendly and gave me my veggie. The place appears to be owned and run by an older couple– the restaurant is super tiny and I wouldn’t recommend eatting there. The food was cheap though. I got what I paid for BUT, I was craving phở and this was the most convenient place for me so, it worked. The woman gave me extra sauces upon request and was very cheerful– entirely welcome on the rainy day that I visited.

i’d rate it between a 3 and 4. I come here often because it’s one of the closest decent vietnamese food places in the area i’ve only eaten the vietnamese food here. The phở ga(chicken phở) is yummy and light wonton soup is really good the phở bo(beef noodle soup) is a bit bland the cha gio(eggrolls) are pretty tasty bun thit nuong cha gio is yums(vermicelli noodles with grilled pork and egg roll) like it said it’s all a bit relative because it’s proximity to home, i really do like that they don’t use msg.

Very delish chinese /vietnamese fast food here. Been going here since it was open, and still will. 5 stars for quality, food, and friendliest staff. Always give huge portions. Also heard they were adding Korean BBQ(Beef short ribs) to their menu soon.

I still eat here about once a week. The last time I tried the chicken curry I was disappointed the meat was rubbery. And, a diff dish same prob. Now, all I can eat there is the phở. Like I said before it’s average. I’m said to say, cuz I think they have great customer service.

**Phở Quest Stop #22** There is definitely a dearth of quality Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine in this area. Fast Wok, with relative few reviews, had some early buzz for it’s convenient and broad menu. Their large sign advertised phở and I stopped by to see if it was as good as advertised. There are several tables and a buffet style selection greets those who want pre-prepared Chinese food. Their Vietnamese selection is made to order though and includes spring rolls, dry vermicilli noodles, and both chicken and beef phở. The beef phở(or phở tai) is available in only one side and they said they don’t do rare beef on the side when I asked, so don’t expect a typical phở joint setup. They did, however, have fresh bean sprouts, lime, cilantro, and both hoisin and sriracha sauce. The bowl($ 6.50) is a large size and includes a decent amount of flank beef and noodles. I enjoyed the noodles but found the soup base to be fairly weak, lukewarm, and forgettable. Although the phở options in the area are limited, I’d recommend the Sandwich Maker(which also you wouldn’t expect to find phở at) that is much more reminiscent of home-made Mom and Pop phở or, for a bit of a more drive, a full fledged phở restaurant, Com Tam Thanh. Fast Wok is a to-go or fast food option, but I wouldn’t drive out of the way for the phở. Fast Wok accepts credit cards, but not American Express.

If I didn’t see the Phở sign I wouldn’t have pulled over. I was really surprised that a place that bills itself«Fast Food Chinese» is actually a decent Vietnamese joint. I ordered grilled pork over rice and it’s delicious. Glad to see that their Phở is worth trying. The lady working the front counter was super nice and offered me to try salt and pepper chicken. It was good, and much better than it looks. I don’t get why with so much mediocre Chinese joints in the area and almost no places that serve Vietnamese around here these guys don’t just advertise themselves in what their strengths are: Vietnamese food. The price wasn’t too bad, about $ 7 for a lot of pork, small salad and steamed rice.

Why not? Right? Get whatever you want here. It’s all good and all aggressive portions. I ordered the fresh spring rolls and phở. Happy as a clam. Little dirty, little thrown together-waving-cat-faded-photos style place but hey… I’m going back.

I ordered the ginger beef and it was not very good. The broccoli, which was probably frozen, was bitter and weird tasting. Luckily Sriracha was there to my rescue. My husband got the beef bun which was okay but we’ve had much better bun at plenty of other Vietnamese places. Lastly, the Thai iced tea was the strangest Thai tea I’ve ever had. It was SOO sweet — neither one of us could even finish it. There are a lot of good reviews for this place but I’m not too sure why other than the lady was super nice. The food was nothing to drive out of the way for and… I can’t believe I’m typing this… but Panda Express would be a better and cheaper bet.

Came here on a weekend afternoon, ordered up some Phở Tai, BBQ Pork over vermicelli, and some fresh spring rolls. It took a little time for them to get the food to us but that was ok since I felt like they actually had to prepare it fresh. The spring rolls were decent and good sized. The phở was pretty good(especially considering they don’t use MSG!), the bbq pork was so tasty that my housemate forgot to let me try some before he gobbled it down(boo!). We also got a Thai tea and Vietnamese iced coffee, both of which were very good, not too sweet and very flavorful. The couple running it was very nice. The have outdoor seating(dog friendly) too.

This place is a nice and inviting environment, the workers here are nice and loving. The food here is not your typical american influenced Chinese food. It is very much like the Chinese food from a authentic Chinese chef. Really love the place and would come back with more people next time as well! If you are craving great Chinese food, that is not fake like Panda, then go here! Worth every penny.

What can I say? This place is great. The food is good and the people here take care of you. Whether its take out or dine in(a little small dining area I may add) its all good. I tried the chicken Phở which was fresh and tasty. Their eggrolls had actual meat and you can tell by them that they are indeed hand rolled and home made. The spring rolls are made to order so you might have to wait a while BUT they are fresh. They arent sitting on the counter like most(all?) other Vietnamese fast food places. If you ever see any dishes on the steam table thats a little dry or running out, tell them to make more. If you dont tell them then youre pretty much okay with it so dont complain if its dry or whatever. OH and during the peak lunch hours(noon) I wold call in advanced. I took a few coworkers here when it was busy and had to wait a while to get our food(which was great non-the-less) Gotta love a local business like fast wok. From what I understand, its family owned. The lady and man here are husband and wife and he is usually the one thats doing the cooking so bare with it if you have to wait a little.

This is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant for take out. Fast, really good and cheap. I had the pork vermicelli bowl $ 6.75 and it was comparable to places that charge a lot more. My boyfriend ordered some Chinese food off of the steam table and it was great too. The woman behind the counter was so helpful and friendly I left with a big smile on my face. Everyone please give them your business. This place needs to stay open.

4 stars for service. The lady here is super nice. Eggrolls are good, Garlic chicken is pretty good too. Salt and Pepper Chicken needs more chicken, mine barely had any. the one at Woks On in sunnyvale is about a million times better. I would come back since living in Campbell doesn’t give you many Chinese fast food options. Seating inside is limited, and no air conditioner so on the hot days definitely take it home.

This is a small restaurant that serves Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. They have some food that’s ready to go, so you can order 2 or 3 item combos for the Chinese food. Or, you can order ala carte. As for the Vietnamese food, you have to order that ala carte. I’d recommend calling it in, if you can. Living in Campbell, there’s not as many choices for Asian food like Milpitas or Cupertino. It’s basically a dime a dozen for decent Asian food. Thankfully, the Vietnamese food here is better than decent, so I don’t have to drive to ESJ for Bun. I’ve had the Bun and the spring rolls here more than a few times and it’s consistently good. The man and lady who work the front are always friendly. The parking can be tough though as it’s in a tiny strip mall with 6 or 7 different stores. Also, a small note: They’re closed on Sundays.
