Gateway Apartments

Great place to live. Management was very quick to address my concerns every time. Very clean and secure building. Would recommend this to any professionals who want a prestigious place to live.

I would recommend this complex to anyone! While the apartment itself is not a «luxury» or fancy shwancy place, everything is in good condition, the location is PRIME, and the management (Abbas, the owner) is the best.
PROS:
— BEST management ever. Huge shout out to Abbas, the owner and manager of the complex. He and his wife are extremely professional and attentive. Once, my smoke detector was beeping at 9pm and within a call and text, he was on his way over to help me immediately. He is seriously the best apartment manager I have ever dealt with, and is responsive to texts, calls, and emails.
— Location location location. Situated right between Downtown Campbell and the Community Center/​Campbell Park, this complex is ideally located and walking distance from restaurants, shops, the Sunday farmers market, etc. It’s also a bit farther away from all the corporate and industrial areas of Silicon Valley.
— While the inside amenities are not «luxury» (at least not in my unit), everything functions properly and is relatively clean. The hardwood floors and windows give the unit an overall bright feel.
— I’ve only seen the 2-​BR units, but they are pretty big with a huge living room, separate dining area, and decently sized rooms. Plenty of kitchen/​countertop space and cabinet space as well.
–Affordable. I would say it’s mid-​range as far as apartments go in the South Bay.
NOT-​SO-​PROS (I don’t want to call them ‘CONS’ because I am so happy with the management and my overall experience here):
— Each complex only gets one assigned parking spot, half of which are covered. It’s generally not a big deal because there is a visitor lot, but it gets filled on the weekends.
–Depending on where your unit is facing, it can get loud from the pedestrians and traffic. Usually worst on weekends when people line up for Stacks brunch.
Overall, I’ve had an amazing experience with Abbas and Gateway Apts.

Enjoyed my stay for more than a year at the gateway apartments in Downtown Campbell. Management is friendly, professional, and very responsive to tenants needs. The application process was smooth and immediately felt at home. Building is fairly new and interior is very nice. Floor plans are spacious and prices are reasonable.
Biggest value to me was location. When it comes to apartment living, that’s number one on my list and couldn’t have been any happier with my experience, highly recommend!
