I did not like my experience here and Dr. Meyers was not able to offer any kind of diagnosis for my back pain. He just tried to sell me adjustment packages and core exercise packages. I would find a doctor with better reviews.

Pros: —— Dr Myers is incredibly friendly. His receptionist is also very friendly and the wait times are minimal. Cons: — — - He often asks the same questions as though he has forgotten my previous answers and/or does not review my information before I visit. He is not open to negative feedback or information from other professionals. I once mentioned that a massage therapist and physical therapist had both noticed that my lower back was inflamed.(My lower back is where I have problems and is what I was seeking help from Dr Myers for.) His response was to question the credentials of that masseuse, declare that he didn’t see any inflammation, and proceed to do the deep tissue massage he had planned which left me feeling terrible and extra painful and stiff for the next few days. I continued to see him for several months, since I knew it might take time to see results. During that time, he tried different combinations of massage and adjustments, while continuing to suggest that I start an exercise regimen with him(despite already doing regular core workouts with a physical trainer). Only after seeing no improvement did he do an X-Ray and saw significant curvature in my spine. Even then, he still did not seem to have a good idea of why this was causing my pain or how to treat it other than continuing what we had been doing. During a following session he again tried massage, which left me stiff(and I mentioned that to him) and then he tried to do an adjustment. I mentioned the first adjustment felt like it was in danger of hurting but he continued with a second and I had such a strong spasm that I broke down into tears. Conclusion: — — — — — - Dr Myers might be friendly and very knowledgeable about general chiropractic care(and according to the other reviewers, he’s very good at it), but he is not able to identify when an issue is beyond his knowledge and recommend a specialist. Additionally, he did not explain what had happened when the last adjustment hurt me, which caused me to lose any remaining trust I had.

I have mentioned before and I will mention again that Scott Myers is not licensed by the State Licensing Board. Do your research.

Dr. Scott is amazing and I feel amazing after his adjustments. He is personalble, friendly, and easy to talk with. I just wish he was in my insurance network.

I was pleased to find Dr. Myers when I relocated in late 2011. He seems to intuitively know where my pain is and his sessions are efficient and effective. His practice runs smoothly and my wait times are minimal. If I must wait he has personally stuck his head out to let me know what’s going on. I enjoy the massage chair in the waiting area to loosen up before going into the room. The on-site massage therapist works at his direction to complement the chiropractic therapy. The office is a bit of a drive for me but it is just across from the Pruneyard and near downtown Campbell.
