If you like cheap shoes! Indulge! I’ve purchased some ok toddler shoes there but if you understand the value of your feet growing older, I think I prefer higher end sellers of shoes!

I had return because there was better deal on the website I just ordered she said if it reasonable price for adjustment she will do it, then I don’t have to reordered it like i did!!!

Came here last night with a friend hoping to find more of a selection of flats in our size than we did at DSW. We both wear a size 11 – 12 so finding shoes in our size that are cute can sometimes be a challenge. This is why I love Payless! They have a large selection of shoes that fit me VERY well and even when I can’t find what I’m looking for, they can usually order it for me pretty quickly. The girl working was very helpful and let us know about a few promotions that were going on. I ended up finding a pair of flats that fit me perfectly, and my friend found 2 pairs she was happy with. Their no-​show socks were also on sale, a pack of 5 pairs for $ 10 (normally $ 3.99 each) so I bought those and my shoes and spent only $ 25. I love it when I can find shoes my size, cute, and affordable. Payless offers me all of this, plus great customer service. We both left happy and excited to wear our new kicks!

Just left the shop with two pairs of shoes for a great price. The one woman running the show today was cheerful, helpful, and knowledgable. She seems familiar with repeat customers. I have been to this site three times and have never been disappointed with the shoes or the staff.

The staff is amazing. I love coming here with my 2 year old. And they have a nice selection of size 11 women.

Came to the store looking for particular dance shoes for my daughter. My younger one was extremely clingy and Lina helped my older one try her shoes and select the right one. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Would certainly shop at payless at this location in future.

This is such a friendly Payless! We went there tonight to buy a pair of shoes for one of the kids. The woman working, I didn’t get her name, was the friendliest person. She spent some time and helped us look for the right shoes. She chatted with us and was just all around friendly.
A couple of years ago, I was doing a special project at the school and needed lots of shoe boxes. I went to this particular Payless hoping to get a few shoe boxes. They were so accommodating! The employees went out of their way to find me empty shoe boxes.
I come here every so often. This location is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. When I do need to get shoes at Payless, I definitely make an effort to come to this location!

Love this particular Payless store for its helpful, friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction, and the range of shoes (especially larger sizes and wide widths) that is much better than any other comparable store in the area. This has been my go-​to store for over a year, and I don’t even bother with other Payless stores closer to home.
Just ordered several pairs from this store and the entire transaction was smooth, painless, and efficient. The manager really knows her job, which is more than I can say for the Payless on El Camino and Bowers in Santa Clara.

Good service and affordable. They have variety. And most of them are on sales. They have 2 pairs for 20 going on now for some shoes.

I came her looking for sandals for the Twins in a size 3 and woo hoo they had some and were on SALE as well! The shoes were $ 9.99 each and super cute in silver and gold! The girls loves them and I love that they were inexpensive and adorable! I will be back! The store had tons of selection and customer service was great!

The customer service here is great, but the prices of the shoes have gone up so I deducted a star for that. I stopped in here the other day for two reasons, first of all, their sign outside said that they’re having a 70% off sale. Second of all, I got some cool mineral blush and lip butter for only $ 2.00 each on sale the other day at the location in the mall on Stevens Creek Blvd. in SJ. so I thought they’d have the same stuff here. The regular price was $ 7.99 for the blush and $ 4.99 for the lip butter. There is also eyeshadow and lip gloss kits, nail polish, body butter, and lip balms between $ 2 – 4.00 until they run out. Some of the shoes are inexpensive still, but then some aren’t.
Anyways, I found a pair of cute and comfortable slip on shoes in grey, black, and light tan that looked like Sketchers slip ons but they were $ 29.99 and not on sale-:(I didn’t really see much on sale either. Boo! There isn’t as much selection here as there is at the location in the mall, but the lady who works at this location was very nice and asked me and the other customers if we needed any help. What happened to the days when I could find a cute pair of shoes for $ 15.00 or less? I’m not cheap, but when I shop at a store like this, I’m expecting their stuff to not to be over $ 20.00 for a casual pair of slip on shoes.

GREAT customer service!!! We visited this location on a Sunday and it was pretty busy. One of the associates was very friendly and extremely helpful:) He even gave my son a couple of stickers! Love this location and would definitely shop here again A+

This is THE payless to shop for women’s size 11 shoes. They have the biggest selection of 11s I’ve ever encountered at a payless. Granted the shoes aren’t fantastic quality, but the prices are reasonable. The staff has always been friendly at this store too.
