CVS Pharmacy

Nice staff, but even that’s not enough.
1. This CVS is Always out of stock. I’m an constantly traveling out of the way to find what I need.
2. Pharmacy is horrible
2a. I call in a prescription to be ready at 11, but I know how long they take so I came in at noon. An extra hour to have my stuff ready and they still asked my to wait because it was not ready. I will never understand. After standing there for 20 minutes, I just left and told them I’ll be back later.
I can never be in and out when the pharmacy is involved

I just moved into this area and have always been able to rely on CVS for a gallon of milk, iced tea, toilet paper, etc. I preferred it over 24 hour convenience stores.
NOT at this location. The shelves are commonly half (or more) empty of products. If they do have what you’re looking for, they will most likely have very little and no brand choices. Several times I was told the item (Arizona Iced Tea) would be restocked, «it’s coming tomorrow» twice I came back to be told the same thing, I haven’t seen the item in the last two times since either.
I thought the store was closing and asked several times what was going on, only to be told they were restocking. For 4 or more months? The cashiers just didn’t want to acknowledge the empty shelves on any of my several visits over about 6 month period.
Perhaps they are restocking, but I’ve lost faith that the store really cares about much. I will wait and see and perhaps get some good discounts at their closing sale.

This location should get a negative 100! You walk in, and suddenly you get treated like a shoplifter. They followed me around and asked if they could help me, when the front lady had already asked me this. Duhh how many times you have to ask me?
So i asked for a store manager to tell them I felt harassed. She then proceeded to lie that she asked everyone if they needed help. Which is bullspit!!! I watched them carefully and she only singled me out bec let me guess I look «suspicious.»
The other reviewers are correct. Dont come here unless you want your day and dignity ruined. Lousy incompetent customer service!

I come here usually for meds from the pharmacy via the drive through
They are OK.
However the last time I went there, they did not have my medication (a pain killer), nothing special. Said it would take 1 or 2 days, and suggested for us to go somewhere else.
Very strange to be out of a common drug.

Very nice staff but EXTREMELY slow and always busy. Seems like they are always under staffed. Takes forever for medications to be processed.

Customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. Every time I went in to pick something up, they were extremely rude and if I happened to have a question about the prescription, they would treat me like I was wasting their time. Multiple people would act like that; the male pharmacist and the older woman with the glasses were the worst. I stopped going just because of the bad customer service because there’s nothing worse than being treated like that when you’re sick and trying to look for answers when you pick up medicine.

I know it sucks to be a cashier but don’t be a bitch to people … Especially the cashier named Ana … Would never come back to this store even its a block away … Where did you see a cashier rudely nagged a customer … First time ever in my life this happened …

I don’t know about the checkout cashier. But, every one in Pharmacy are super nice. Specially the lady name Jennifer, she is a sweetheart.

2 words about the pharmacy SUPER SLOW

I had a really good experience at this CVS pharmacy. When the one directly across the street from me couldn’t help me at all, I called this one. They were able to order the brand prescription instead of the generic which made a lot of difference to me. I will definitely come back here.

This location is always under-​staffed. Rx are hardly prepared even after a 4hr call in from a physician. Excuses are made and they didn’t apologize for the inconvenience.

I agree with the other reviews this CVS is a mess. Nothing’s ever in stock and the checkout line is painfully slow. You have one cashier and the other employees standing around talking. Walgreens all the way.

I would give 0 stars if I could, this is the world’s worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. My girlfriend is pregnant & they made us come back just because someone decided to take a break. Not only did we get sent away to have to come back later but 3 other people in front of us had to deal with the same type of issue. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. The shelves are also a mess. Good luck finding what you need if it’s on sale or there’s an ecb deal on it.

This place is a nightmare to go to. Every time I go in this location, (mind you I live down the street so I have the unfortunate need to go here quite often) — I carry my backpack, since paying for reusable bags doesn’t make sense — and driving half a block down doesn’t make any more sense. When I walk in, it never fails — either I’m closely followed, watched awkwardly, or approached rudely by one of the managers (specifically an AfricanAmerican woman) and demanded to place my backpack in the front. So now, I’ve taken the approach where I walk in, right to the front and just drop my bag on the counter because it’s truly a degrading, and enraging experience being treated with such lack of customer appreciation.
Now, this place is NEVER stocked on ANYTHING. GOOD LUCK! Not to mention, God forbid there’s more than 3 people in line… you’ll have one person ringing the customer up, and another store associate or even manager just standing behind them doing some real petty task like tearing stickers apart. This place is THE PERFECT example of how customer service SHOULDN’T be. One thing I can say that does come in handy, since I’m curiously followed all through out the store is whenever I need help finding something, they’re right there behind me to help me find the item that they DON’T, HAVEN’T, and seem to NEVER get back in stock.
If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would… unless you are in life or death need of this place, DON’T EVEN BOTHER.
And unfortunately, I have to make another trip there in about an hour or so… I’ll give you my check in and update on the following status!

Customer’s always wrong according to Mike Landrey, worst manager I’ve ever come across. False advertisement in a magazine and he couldn’t even apologize for the mistake. Instead he ignored me with interruptions of excuses and denial. I was there for 30 minutes asking for help when no one came. Where was the manager then? When I did try to buy my product he did not like my tone… So he took them off the shelf and said never come back!!! I could not believe what I was hearing! Don’t ever go to cvs. Walgreens is the only place i have found that honors their customers. Why do these places have so little staff? I begged for help. No help equals no money CVS. Maybe you should hire me. I know how to apologize.
Even worse, the saleswoman 3 days ago recommended these products to me. When I came to buy them this is what I got. Prices differ greatly for OVER HALF of the pictured product.

It’s conveniently near me but that’s the only good thing I can think of. The employees always have a grimace, even the manager looks like he hates his life. Working at that store, I can’t blame him.
Unorganized and usually messy, not to mention frequently out of stock.

This is for the pharmacy only: they are always nice, but sometimes slow to refill existing and process new rx. This is at the counter and at the drive through. They put one of my meds on auto refill, even though I never asked them to. I had to ask them twice to stop, before the monthly pick up calls stopped.
My big issue is that I have an rx that requires a call into a program to verify info. Everytime, they put that call on speaker, presumably to make it easier to keep typing/​working. The program name is said loud and clear several times, as is my birth date. It’s nothing super embarrassing, but still… I don’t need my business broadcast to all within earshot. aren’t there laws against that?

had to get some baby motrin cause J had a little fever the night before. i needed to have it available while visiting my folks in case it kicked back in. the fever/​flu section was not very well stocked this day, midafternoon on a Wednesday. had a hard time trying to find my motrin. nice gentleman did inquire on wether i need assistance. the cashier was also nice. overall good service. plus they had air conditioning which helped being mid-​90s out side.

Slow Pharmacy

This place opened not too long ago. It replaced a pool hall (Plush Cue)…I guess it’s for the best, that place attracted a certain element at times. There were instances of people being jumped or shot there. Still though that place was a big part of my childhood, my friends and I used to go there and play arcade games all day long. Oh well things change… I feel like I’m getting so old… I can drive down the street one day and say things like «when I was your age this CVS was a pool hall!».
Anyways, they have a fair amount of parking and the inside is relatively organized.
Only thing I don’t like is that every time Ive gone here I’ve had to wait a long time to check out. They usually only have one maybe two people manning the registers and for whatever reason it has taken a long time…
