Seiki-Shi Sushi

This place sucks! Horrible service! I ordered sat down at a table an they didn’t bring me my food or tell me it was done. Just left it in front of the register for 15 min. I should have know better buying sushi in a mall

Delicious Fresh food, and quick. Love the California Rolls. Fair prices too. We ordered mixed Veggie & Shrimp Tempura, came with rice and salad. 2 Miso soups and California Rolls (a lot 8 pieces). And only spent $ 16

I’m a fine dining server, and this is the best service I’ve ever had. Very attentive and welcoming. Thank you Sandra and to another female employee helping. I ordered the California salad. Huge portion, lots of avocado. I’ll be back!

I actually really like this place. I eat here almost every time Im at this mall. The sushi is fast and taste great and its relatively inexpensive. The portions are also pretty big.

Mall sushi. What more should I say. I’m actually surprised at myself as to why i didn’t Unilocal this place before dining. Not saying it was bad but just the food poisoning stories and all are making my stomach turn for no good reason. Hypochondriac much?
My girlfriend and I came shopping at our fav mall and we were too lazy to go across the street to the village to go to katsuya. We ordered the Mexican roll (easy mayo and easy rice), sashimi salad and albacore crispy onion. The roll was very bare bone. It was also very saucy and bland at the same time if that’s even possible. The albacore was good. Sashimi salad was average. Way too expensive for what you get. Came out to around $ 40.
The waitresses were really nice and attentive but it was a Wednesday and we were like the only ones there. The sushi chefs looked unkept and the one in front of us kept laughing as if he was high (he wasn’t) whenever we would ask for ginger or order something. It was really creepy and confusing.
Anyhow– no I wouldn’t dine here again. I rather have stove oven or chipotle and pay a fraction of the price for tastier food.

Got $ 8 sushi burrito lunch special. Meh. Spicy tuna, shrimp tempura and avocado in a soy paper wrap burrito. It was small, a sliver of avocado, and the smallest shrimp
you ever saw. It came with a small salad. Not worth the $ 8, maybe more the original $ 6. Disappointed that I bothered to wait in line for it.

I’ve eaten here twice and the food was fine. But my husband visited the mall several months ago, and was completely shocked by a female employee.
He saw her wipe her shoe… the *bottom* of her shoe with a rag, and then wipe the counter where the food was prepared with the same rag.
I have no tolerance for stuff like that. I’m sure it was a fluke, but we won’t be returning.

Don’t ever come here for sushi! Horrible service. Food was okay considering it’s in a mall, however the service was so awful that I will never ever come back!!! Take your money elsewhere!

Food: Ordered for the heart attack roll. It was good but not exquisite. The sushi here is pretty reasonable so you get what you pay.
It’s pretty okay for a visit.

This place is hit or miss, and the sushi is decent. The reason I am giving it only 1 star is because of the service.
Whoever owns this place seems to NEVER visit and you can only imagine how employees without bosses around treat their customers. Some of them are nice– others — not so much.

Fresh and fast and reasonable ! I know sushi in a mall court hmmm that’s like going to 7-​eleven for sushi right? nope nope ! I thought the same thing but I enjoyed it! and it was soooo good! They have reasonable lunch specials and dinner too! It was my first time here with my lovely bf and I was impressed and stuffed ! Great job to the employees here !

I have health issues, and I cannot eat or drink anything with sugar. I asked the server — Ada, is the green teas they serve is completely natural, or if there is sugar in it, and she answered so not politely like she disrespected my question. Than, I asked her to show me the bottle they get it from and she gave me such an ugly attitude! So I told her that it’s really not nice of her to act that way and the reason I am asking about the sugar is cause I have health issues. Not that I need to explain her that to get a good service… So she rudely said: «If you don’t like my service you can just get up and go»
So that’s what we did.
Girl you are rude !!! And def shouldn’t work as a server, you know NO customer service!

Service with a smile — No, not, none! I’m sure its in the fine print somewhere, there’s an extra charge for that. We were here about a year ago and we loved it. Service, food, cleanliness and quality got top marks. Sorry folks not today. Food is limp and less than mediocre. Service, ugh. Waiter, staff and food prep guys need to smile and be polite to their customers not just the hostess (s). Why look at u from behind the counter and glare at the customers and make them feel unwanted. Back to mall quality. Quantity not quality. :(

So it’s 845 pm on a Tuesday night and I ordered a hot sake and a California Salad (salad and California roll) at the counter. I decided to sit at the bar after and that stupid waitress said sorry you can’t sit at the bar because you already ordered your food at the counter. You have to order thru me if you want to sit at the bar. So I asked her, is it a about the tip, because I can tip you if that’s a problem… Obviously it was… she had the worse attitude!
A message to the owner… Please hire staff who can speak English…
Just because she made me sit at the main dining area… I left a 10 dollar tip to whoever is going to clean the table … Not a staff from this stupid sushi place!

Can we say awesome, prices were great, sushi was fresh and delicious, fast sitting, service on point. it was my wife’s and I first time there and we enjoyed it very much so. there prices were just great and quality on point. I recommend there 2 hand roll special for 11 bucks. 5astes great and a bargain.

After going here for years as a regular customer, I have to say I’m tired of their horrible service. I don’t appreciate an unnecessary horrible lazy attitude. It’s like this all the time especially in recent years. Secondly my friend and I got food poisoning here twice just last year. Me being an idiot I went back this year and same thing. I’m just done with this place. Unsanitary and their «fresh quality» is questionable

You know when you see that one sushi booth in the mall and your gut tells you it’s gonna be mediocre?

Chicken Katsu — basic, standard sauce. Can’t go wrong really because you know exactly what you’re getting yourself into.
Avocado roll — came with the Katsu, could’ve ordered California or some other basic rolls but I like my avocado. Basic again, a o k.
Sunset roll — baked? Really? They baked it suuuuper fast! O wait! Its not flippin baked. Tasted okay but too much sauce. Nothing special.
Service — probably got about 5 words total from our server. She brought drinks, our food, then our check.

Shopping at the mall and craving sushi? I would go to this one other than the other ones throughout the mall!
Ordered a custom vegetarian roll!
Avocado/​cream cheese with crunch (4) — they had crunch so that’s great! Some places don’t even have it, so that’s also why the 4 stars, they could actually make what I wanted!
They were nice, I sat at the sushi bar, refilled my water when it needed to be filled, so plus for me since it was at the food court in a mall!
