Biggby Coffee

Very friendly environment! The people who work there are always smiling and always have something nice to say! The coffee is always great! The hot chocolate is so creamy and fresh and the chia lattes are incredible! It’s my favorite thing to get from them! They also have low calorie option, just in case you are watching your figure! Love it!

Always a great place to come for a quite cup of joe with your laptop or ipad ;) I love sitting here, it’s always has great friendly service. Pastry on the other hand can be a little stale sometimes. love the coffee though!

Yes, Biggby is a little pricier than Starbucks, but you get what you pay for. Our family favorites are the Cinnamon Spice Tea Latte, Butter Bear Latte, caramel apple cider (seasonal), and the cookies and cream freeze (which is my daughter’s favorite drink-​it has 5 oreos). The owner has a knack for hiring friendly team members who make you feel welcome from the second you enter the door until you leave. If you need a good spot to study or work, there are outlets and free Wi-​Fi. This is my favorite coffee and tea spot.

As usual, exceptional service, clean establishment, cozy atmosphere, and great coffee! I am doing the Whole 30 plan so I cannot have any sugar or cream. This is a great opportunity to try the different wonderful flavors of regular coffee that Biggby offers. I’m loving the Michigan Cherry and organic Costa Rica coffee!

I’d support Biggby, a Michigan company, over Starbucks any day. This location is right by work so it’s a great location for me. The staff is user-​friendly and has a decent amount of seating. The only thing that detracts is the WiFi is horribly spotty and temperamental. It’s not just this location either. Biggby in general seems to have this problem at all the locations I’ve been to. Not a deal breaker, but if I know I have some work to do that requires the Internet and I can’t take a chance, I head to Starbucks which has never given me problems.

I’ll choose Biggby any day over Starbucks. For one, it seems their employees are far more friendly. I’m always greeted with a smile at the Canton Biggby.
Secondly, I love that they periodically send out BOGO or $ 1.00 off coupons if you are signed up for their e-​newsletter. I’ve had other Biggby locations require that I print out the coupon, but this place understands that in this day and age, that is kinda ridiculous and they just take the info straight from my phone.
The menu board doesn’t even come close to the number of concoctions they can make for you. They’ve got a whole book of stuff. If you give them an idea of what you like, for example white chocolate and berries, they’ll find a drink that suits you.

Very convenient coffee shop located near Ford Rd and Canton Center. They have your basic coffee shop options such as mild roast, dark roast, organic (My favorite), and flavored coffee as well as a large variety of latte’s and other fancier coffee drinks. One of the things I appreciate about Biggby is that they have made a concerted effort to offer low calorie/​sugar drinks. You can get almost anything in a low cal option.
They also offer muffins, fruit, cookies and other snacks.
Staff have always been very pleasant. The coffee shop offers plenty of seating and good lighting for reading.
Parking is plentiful!

I had a medium caramel mocha latte, sugar free with whipped cream. It was caffeine & sweetness heaven! I haven;t had one anywhere in several years, and I was delighted by the wonderful coffee flavor. I really should do this more often. The down side, it costs as much as a meal!

Holly crap Batman! Just bought a frozen small (16oz) chia drink for $ 5.15. Haven’t bought a foo foo drink in awhile so it might just be me, but that seems a tad expensive. Would have been worth it if it had alcohol! It tasted fine, but probably wont return. Bummer.

I LOVE the morning staff. I’m not happy morning person, but they always are! They’re always smiling & very friendly. They have a tendency to turn my mood around by the time I pay.
I can be pretty indecisive before 9am. I walk in alot & say «I don’t know what I want… HELP ME!!!» (Then they know I really need my coffee!!) They always walk me through the menu & somehow manage to find just what I’m looking for!
I am in here maybe once or twice a week… more if I have the time. But they still remember that it’s ALWAYS reduced cal with soy (cause sometimes I forget)…and they rotate their morning staff I’ve noticed.
Always quick & delicious no matter how long the line is!

I love my Biggby, but this staff were rude! I’m a regular at another Biggby. I felt bad for running to this one, but it was convenient. They told me my order was «super complicated» & weren’t very kid friendly. Ultimately my drink was made incorrect… I would drive the extra miles to go to Westland Biggby! You’ll notice the difference when you pull into the parking lot. :)

A small place but super friendly and attentive. Not bad at all for a chain. They keep things clean and the coffee never has the odd burnt taste you can get at some other chains *ahem — Starbuckets*.
I second Laura H. anything caramel is the way to go if your blood sugar is such that you can opt that way. If not they have a terrific variety of sugar free offerings and damn nice teas. Hot or iced, everything has been very nice.
I like that I am in and out fairly fast and there is an tasty option here for no matter what my mood is like. The location is über convenient for when I’m on my way back from Plymouth or Canton heading up Canton Center/​Belleville Rd and I need a pick me up.

Convenient location but the espresso machine is loud as hell, so doon’t expect to sit and chat in comfort. The staff are helpful and friendly. It seems they have changed their refill policy since the early days, and now allow same visit refills. That or I am a thief.

Pros: Good service, a frequent customer card, and a GREAT caramel latte (they make their own caramel sauce). Also, they feature a hilarious line of greeting cards. You know how most greeting cards these days have a semi-​humorous picture on the front and a lame sentiment on the inside? Well, these are ACTUALLY funny. Props.
Cons: Not a great atmosphere for hanging out in or studying. Kind of like a starbucks interior in terms of seating types, but not as aesthetically pleasing. Has a fireplace, though, so there’s that. My latte was $ 4.50, which I’m willing to pay at a nicer coffee shop when I’m also paying for environment and wifi, but when I’m just picking up coffee to go, I feel like it’s too much.

Great service, friendly staff. My first choice of the coffee shop chains. Love that Biggby’s is Michigan based.
Note: It’s really not that cramped inside. If you need more space, go to the CPL down the road.

Love the staff, drinks and atmosphere. Free Wi-​Fi and the loyalty program is great. Get a free drink every 12. Much better than Starbucks.
