Went in for a simple hinge repair. They had glasses for weeks, not days. I had to keep calling since nobody called to tell us that they had finally been repaired. On top of all this the glasses were still a little off and then I noticed that they had replaced one side of the glasses with a piece that did not match the original frames (different size & color). These were expensive frames. I called to inquire about this and left messages. I was hoping they would make good on this legitimate problem. They never returned any of my calls. My advice is to stay away from this place.
