Place has three things on their menu. Wings, brisket or burger. The brisket which smells good is cooked by the food truck in the parking lot. The food that came out of the kitchen was horribly under cooked. My «well done burger» had the consistency of raw ground beef that was cold on the inside. The second try was not any better. Ordering cheese sticks they only offered ranch as a dipping sauce which was fresh from a ranch bottle. Plus horrible service and no AC. Stay away!

Horrible service sat for ten minutes bartender did not even acknowledge us until we got up to leave. She was to busy entertaining the thoroughly intoxicated guy sticking his hand down his girlfriends pants.

Oh my. The service was bad and the food was lousy, but most of all, they let us know we were not welcome. We stopped at Daisy Dukes to grab some food post tubing. After the waitress overheard a comment that one of the members of our group made(in reference to his sexual orientation preferences) she made a very loud comment and silenced the entire restaurant. Everything got really uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait for us to leave.

I“m a fan, when I’m drunk. We showed up after a comedy show, totally over dressed… and it was kareokee night. Everyone was drunk and under 30. But HEY! what should you expect?! This place is best for drunky drunks and a «No Shower Power Hour» aka Happy Hour post tubin. The Kareokee was great. the hostess was really, really great. Hell, I got my song, so I was happy.

Do not come here. The service is terrible, and the food is subpar. The staff has no idea how to work in a food setting. Several people had been over served by 6pm. I downloaded this app solely to save others from the experience I unfortunately had to put up with.

Service was terrible! The waitress brought our food out(group of 5) the order was completely wrong and the waitress started at us like she was confused. Then the cook came out and complained about the waitresses handwriting. We confirmed the order with the cook and the food still came out wrong and cold!!! In addition, we wanted separate checks but the waitress just ran the entire check on one credit card. DONOTEATHERENOMATTERHOWHINGRYYOUARE!!!

Good place to go for a drink and a burger. Be careful with a credit/debit card though as they tend to not know who to charge for what. A friend and I were both there and we got charged the total amount each. I paid with a debit card and he paid with cash but we were both charged as though we were paying for each other. Mistakes are made which is no problem… it’s all about how you handle them. The bartender indicated that she should correct it and I followed the her to the bar walk though and waited. The manager then came and told me to move. I said I was working with the bartender to correct a problem and would leave once the issues was corrected. I walked away from the bar and she followed me and pushed me, with her right hand, demanding I sign the new receipt. I was hesitant because I already signed the incorrect one. She said she would charge me a 50% gratuity if I didn’t sign it… so I did. She then re-ran my card for the correct amount(appx $ 15 instead of $ 35) and then had an employee escort us out. I called when I saw the two charges on my bank account and whoever answered said«I escorted you out because of this already» and that the charge«would be corrected». $ 50 in charges to your bank account is a far cry from $ 15…I would think any other company would understand the mistake and seek to correct it rather than getting defensive and belligerent about it. I’ll follow up if and when I get a refund for the bogus charge. This occurred today, 7÷25÷14, at around 9:00pm.

Negative 5 stars should be an option. When we walked in there were a few patrons at the bar. We picked two booths(four adults and three teens). Strike one — it took over ten minutes to bring our Cokes, and a water was forgotten. Strike two — either the waitress forgot to place our order, or the cook was the guy who came in proclaiming to have been busy smoking lots of weed. He forgot he was supposed to be cooking and went back out again. When our food arrived 30 minutes later the fries in one basket were cold, another had both cold and hot fries, the rest hot. How hard is it to screw up generic fries(barely a small handful)? Strike three — burgers not completely cooked. Each one was $ 9.50. We had to ask for refills for our teeny Solo type cups. This was on a Sunday afternoon, and they were not busy. Waitresses were too busy hanging out with bartender and whoever was at the bar. I almost forgot to mention the stupid loud explicit r&b rap type noise. So loud. «Birthday Sex» was especially enjoyable for our young daughters to hear. The place had a bad fly problem– not one or two, A LOT! Nasty! We are not uptight people. I can handle almost any scene, but bad service and bad behavior by staff is not going to be tolerated. We will never go back.

This place was pretty terrible. For a bar and grill they seem to be out of quite a bit of the standard food. They didn’t have any of the pulled pork that was on the menu, they also did not have french fries. What kind of place that serves burgers runs out of french fries?! Also the servers were not very attentive even though it was not very busy. This place seems to only stay in business because its next to a tourist attraction and doesn’t necessarily rely on income from a regular clientele. I would not recommend this place.

Got the burger with pulled pork on top. Although it was fresh-off-the-griddle hot and I liked the textures, it was still pretty bland. I wasn’t very impressed. What ruined this first time visit was the service. We went on a rainy Tuesday evening and I was expecting it to be slow, but this was bad. I don’t know if for some strange reason our waitress was also our cook, but it took 10 minutes of waiting in an almost empty restaurant before we even saw an employee come out. She forgot my drink order entirely; had to order it again separately from the bartender. Even after I got it, it was incredibly watered down. I honestly couldn’t taste the alcohol. Our waitress was in a hurry to leave and transferred our ticket to the bartender, which was okay with me since she was moderately more interested in providing us with customer service. Overall, I wasn’t happy with my experience and don’t plan on going back.

This place sucks, I am only sorry I have to give it 1 star because it doesn’t even deserve that. Slow service. TERRIBLESTAFF. Only friendly and some what useful person was the main bar tender. The food tastes terrible, the room smells like pee and even the free basket of fried pickles that we received as an «I’m sorry,» were awful. Don’t waste your time or money. 7 – 11 across the street has better food.

Inside the place smells a bit like pee, but the patio was great. You can watch all of the people walking with their tubes. I give a 5 to our waitress. She was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. I wish I could remember her name! Think it started with a CH, she had a short tie die shirt and of course daisy dukes, lol. The food was good. I got a chicken sandwich and my hubs got a brisket sandwich. Don’t expect a lot and you will be pleasanlty surprised.

Terrible food. Worst service I have had I a restaurant in North America. 30 minutes to bring out a water. 2 hours to make a cheeseburger? Ridiculous. I guess they figure they don’t have to try since they are within walking distance of the tubing places.

This place was just as bad as I expected it to be. It obviously exists as a place for people to sober up post-floating the river. Just pack a subway sandwich and some hot cheetos to go and sober up in your car. It was a horrible, horrible place and it took advantage of me. Never again!

I’ve had the displeasure of going here twice. The first time was about two years ago when they first opened. It wasn’t great, but nothing that couldn’t be forgiven. I am sad to report that it appears to have gone straight downhill since then. The menu is horribly limited. They have other things available, but you have to ask for them. Things like… cheeseburgers. They have no french fries. The BBQ brisket I had tasted like it came straight from the can. It wasn’t even heated. There is unlimited smoking inside and it sure seemed like everyone in Texas stopped by for an indoor smoke. It was so bad we had to eat outside, which was infested with flies and had music blaring loudly to attract toobers from the toob rental stands. We asked them to turn it down and they did. Our waitress seemed truly embarrassed by the place and apologized many times for the minor infractions that kept popping up(no mayonnaise, no knives, loud music, the list goes on). I felt embarrassed for her.

Uh… why is there no option for zero or negative stars. Serious folks. Do not eat here. Maybe grab a brew or two, but that is it. Apparently, scantily clad wait staff is a reason sufficent for horrrible, horrible service and even worse food. Bikinis and the Tilted Kilt get it right, this place is some of the worst of everything I have experienced in a bar/grill. Out of hamburger, out of brisket and out of anything fried. Rediculous. FYI, across the street there is a little stand that serves burgers, hot dogs etc. It looked pretty decent. This place needs to be shoved off into the river.

Awful. As with all the other reviewers, some friends and I spent the day tubing, and wanted a place to have a late dinner and a couple more drinks before heading back to Austin. Daisy Dukes is right across the street and looked friendly enough. Never again. We’ll drive a little next time. I got the«grilled» cheese sandwich which was microwaved(seriously; there may have been a toaster involved at some stage), and made with the cheapest possible ingredients. Nachos seemed to be made with canned cheese, canned chili, and crappy chips. Ribs were reportedly dry and microwaved and cost $ 12 for an offensively tiny serving(four short ribs). We were all extremely hungry and still left quite a bit of food on our plates. The one redeeming characteristic of the place was the waitress who was friendly and reasonably quick(and attired in daisy dukes, surprisingly enough). No complaints about service, but the food was so atrocious and over-priced as to make it impossible for me to give this place more than one star. Also worth noting, roughly half of the menu was unavailable. They had no burgers, no potatoes, and nothing fried. This place continues to exist only because it is so close to such a popular spot on the river. Hopefully, something better will take its place eventually.

We headed to Daisy Dukes after a day of tubing, thankful that it was close because we were starving. Although there were tons of people unloading from the river, Daisy Dukes was pretty empty… should have taken that as a hint. We all ordered water and an($ 5!) order of chips and«salsa.» What came out was the poorest excuse for salsa I have EVER seen in the state of Texas. To the other reviewers who described it as Pace, that was NOT Pace. Pace is good. This salsa was just chunks of tomato with pepper! After surveying the limited menu, which consisted of potatoes and pork, and was extremely overpriced, we paid for our peppered tomatoes and left. I mean, all I wanted was a cheeseburger, and they didn’t even have that. You can tell that they get enough business from drunken river idiots to serve terrible food and get lazy with their service. FYI, we drove a few minutes to Adobe Verde in Gruene, where there was delicious salsa, reasonably priced food, and fantastic service.

This place is across the street from Riversports Tubing. My friends and I(a group of 12) thought this would be a great place to grab lunch before we actually go tubing. There menu is blah and pricey. Nothing really looked appetizing except for potato skins. Since, I’m so used to of how potato skins really looked like– well, their potato skins were just pieces of a potato. Like they just chopped the potato in slices and put cheese, sour cream, chives and it was $ 7 dollars. I felt like I can make this at home. Bleh!
