Best place to take watches for repair. They have a master watch maker that can work on Kenneth Cole automatics to Rolex and other high end models. They also have a kiosk with lower prices watches. Highly recommend this place for servicing your time piece!

Legitimate Hamilton Watch dealer.
Negotiated on the phone and Daniel promised a better price. He kept his word and there was no bait n switch. Was able to buy the watch cheaper than at another shop and it was $ 400 cheaper than Ben Bridges. I would shop here before a large chain store (Macy’s) for your higher end pieces.
When i Picked up the watch, although new i felt it wasn’t the «freshest», Daniel ordered a second watch from the warehouse so i could compare the 2. No charge and no pressure.
Both watches were delivered in a timely maner, and the second one was fresh off the press.
Final Cut:
Very Negotiable! I’ll check here first for all future watch purchases.

I wanted a Tissot watch for my husband for an anniversary gift. They are hard to find in stock, but Timepiece had a great one. It was expensive, but fair, and I was pleased with the whole experience. It’s not bargain shopping, but I had good, patient service while I made up my mind.

Daniel and Fred at Timepiece Gallery are the best. I have purchased numerous watches from them, and had many of my watches serviced. The repair talent is fantastic, and I don’t trust my watches to anyone else, even my higher end brands like Oris. I would highly recommend visiting the store, and taking a look. They will always take top notch care of you.

I haven’t purchased a watch here but I have had several watches sized here and batteries replaced and I have nothing bad to say at all. The customer service is great every time and the price is reasonable. I paid 14 bucks to have the watches sized and batteries replaced. He has them done in 1015 min which is great. Hope this helps anyone else out.

Horrible service. No refunds. Could have bought/​ordered the same watch I wanted from Macy’s and waited for 2 – 3 business days. They even checked the Macy’s in Fashion Valley that had 2 in stock. Instead now I am waiting 2 – 3 weeks, possibly longer for the one I had to order here. Some bs. Don’t buy your watches here.

Good selection, but overpriced, no refunds, and as mentioned, not the best customer service. I suggest going to Macy’s which is right across. I bought a watch that was $ 20 cheaper than the price at Timepiece.

these guys are awesome! good pricing and they would work out a deal just to help you out. also they serviced one of my old watches that had stopped working and made it work. quality labor at good pricing compared to other local spots that offer watch repair services.

This place is terrible. It is overpriced, the customer service is terrible, and they don’t do returns (only exchanges) even with a receipt. I will never buy anything from this place again.
