Cold Stone Creamery

I bought my usual & favorite signature «Coffee Lovers» mix except that I always ask for marshmallows instead of almonds; the girl who was making my ice cream at first said yes to putting extra marshmallows since I didn’t want the almonds AND since I ordered the Gotta Have It size; everything was going good up until she just out a half scoop of marshmallows on my ice cream (!) I asked if she could put some more marshmallows because the half scoop she put in the mix weren’t obviously enough for the amount of the ice cream on the Gotta Have It size (I can seriously only have this ice cream when I can taste marshmallows in it) and the girl then manage to tell me that if she adds more marshmallows in it that it’ll be $ 1.09 additional charge (???) so I said, «but you only put a little bit (?) that’s only the amount of marshmallows you put? even if it’s on the Gotta Have It size order?» then she said,” Yes (sarcastically with an attitude), I have to charge you $ 1.09 if you want me to add some more marshmallows,” so I just said, «never mind,»…I didn’t leave her any tip.

Im Pissed!!! I spent over 7.00 on this underwhelming ice cream. As soon as I walked out of the shop it basically turned into a shake. The girl put in old bananas, little nuts and caramel. For this 7.00 + ice cream you better hook me up. The girl did tell me the prices increased when minimum wage went up. I will not be back!!! Oh!!! Who needs a spoon??? Just get a straw!!!

Check your receipt when leaving and you may find that you paid more than menu prices… they charged me 2 bucks as tip.

I was actually going to Starbucks and what do I see??? Yummy sugary Ice cream standing before me!
Oh such excitement filled me eyes, cause I was in for a delicious surprise!
I walked through the door and looked around, surrounded by ice cream buckets by the mound!
I put in my order for a strawberry blonde, not a brunette, redhead, or a… Magic wand (?)! Lol
The employee was so nice and sweet, she told to add whip cream for a real treat!
Add the whip cream! I gladly said, and she added a little whip cream head.
I took my first bite and it hit the spot, I ate it all quickly so I wouldn’t get caught!
Cause my sugar counselor would look at this and disapprove, cause obviously she wants all my sugar removed!
But at the end, this was one heck of a treat, cause I really needed something in me that is totally sweet!

Worst customer service the girl didnt even get my order right on top of her dam attitude.

This was probably my worst experience at this coldstone. I had to tell the employee a couple time what size and what kind of ice cream I wanted. Probably never going to this coldstone again. Worst service possible!

I’m a fatty at heart and love ice cream.
Was made the great combination of cake batter with chocolate chips, cookie dough, and Reese’s.
Will return again and enjoys this cold stone the most

Seemed to be a little under staffed. Waited 13 minutes before I could even place my order. Anyhow, we ordered 3 different creations. When we were checking out I remembered I had a punch card from another location and I was only 2 away from a free ice cream. They rejected my punch card and told me they ran out of their own punch cards. So they punched 3 stars on receipt paper and handed to me.
So I guess people can’t move if your a loyal customer. God forbid you move and your almost at your free ice cream, you would have to go all the way back to the location you got the punch card from. Worst part is the manager Francisco said he would have accepted a punch card if it were from stores in that area. I will not be driving 1 hour to continue using my punch card and feel there’s no true loyalty or appreciation to customers who frequent this establishment.
Wasn’t at all surprised by 2 star rating of this place, it wouldn’t have hurt them one bit to just give me the 1 free ice cream (maybe that type of service would have made me come back).

This place was dirty and run down. There was a hair in my ice cream. Looks like poor management.

This place had definitely improved over the years! Their service is fast & friendly! Didn’t get the Asian guy’s name but he’s helped twice is by far the best!

This place sucks. Ran out of numerous ice creams. The staff is young and has no customer service skills. Took them 20 minutes to get me out the door. And I only had 3 like its! Smallest ice creams they have. Left s tip and no singing this place is wack save your money go elsewhere.

We love ice cream! Cold Stone is good but pricey! for two medium cups $ 15 Dont go late either sometimes they run out of certain ice cream!

Walked in and guy refused us service and told us to leave because they were closing. And he lied that they had closed the computer and i seen someone else charging… Last time i ever come to this place.

Jenna’s favorite Dessert before Tasty Block opened! She always gets the same 3 flavors Coffee, Mint, Oreo, Gotta Have it! We have never heard the workers sing at this Carson Cold Stone Creamery!
When we visited Guam for the first time in 2004, we went to Cold Stone Creamery! And this is where we first knew & heard the workers sing out Loud to the customers! It was cool!

One of the best cold stones I have been to. The thing with this cold stone is that it is at a very convenient location, right next to Wing Stop, L&L, and Diana’s. And it doesn’t stop there. With great customer service by, if I remembered correctly, Nigel and Dana, I ordered a lot more than I planned and I didn’t mind at all. This cold stone is a little more pricey than other locations, but with amazing customer service, I cannot complain. I’m definitely coming back here. Thank you, Nigel and Dana.

Coldstones is good ice cream considering they do make their own ice cream but I will agree with most on this location and probably all coldstones is that they are overpriced. The ice cream is good but it’s very creamy and rich. Probably wouldn’t have it everyday just whenever I get that random craving. The staff is pretty nice and attentive. They make sure they don’t forget anything when asking if you’d like something else. Good location, next to Starbucks and lots of traffic.

This location is a great place right next to all these little food places so you’ll never get bored! So right after brunch this is perfect spot!
Customer service– Had a great experience all the workers are quite friendly and fast during my visit. It was my first time so they explain everything to me and any questions as well! Thanks again!
My only thoughts is make the FOH lights matching and not different colors! It would be great to have chairs and table inside to get more of family vibe so regulars can sit back and eat their ice cream. Need more promotions instead of raising prices! More deals more money comes into the store!

Overpriced and the worst ice cream, stepped outside and it was already melting away, if I wanted a milkshake I would have ordered that instead. They need to keep there ice cream at least a little solid.

ENDLESS COMBINATIONS FOR A DEEP POCKET. Its great ice cream that is supersweet. The concept of them creating an ice cream just for you is amazing. But for the cost… I’d rather go to rite aid and get a ½ gallon for the same price. And DONT LET IT BE ON SALE!!! You maybe able to get two hahahaha…
Neways — Cold Stone is great for a date or a late night crave… Not a regular go to!
