I went to jack in the box for the first time ever. An employee named Jakelin was especially helpful in helping me decide what to order. She was one of the friendliest drive thru employees I had ever met. Definitely going back!

One of the worst jack in the box. My fries weren’t even placed right they just threw them in there and drop them all. The worst was that it was a team leader. Very rude female

Absolutely the worst jack in the box I have been to. Is is the closest one to my job, that is the only reason I come to this one. They always mess up on my order, no matter how simple the order is. I Went to buy a club salad today. I ordered the crispy club salad which comes with RANCH, and they have me BALSAMIC DRESSING. It would not be a big deal if it was the first, second, third time it has happened but it is all the time. I Had to give the salad away since I can not eat it with out ranch. I wish there was an option to give them 0 stars.

I come here because it’s close, but this is the third time they forgot a part of my order. Staff is friendly, but I think they rush and end up forgetting to put the food in the bag, or maybe it’s just me.
