Rogee Hydronics

This is a hard company to figure out. Nice upfront, seemingly capable, but very difficult to deal with if anything’s not to Ron’s liking. We had a $ 32,000 job with them, the day of the installation of the boiler (one month late since he apparently was not offered credit terms from the manuf) he hunted me down during a haircut, stressed out, threatening collection. He made a installation mistake with minor costs to rectify (building code issue) but took absolutely no responsibility, blamed the customer (me), blew up a good faith solution with more threats, and now wants to go to court with a sure looser. There is no sense of customer appreciation, his business dealings illogical for a ongoing concern, and the confrontational nature is a good reason to look elsewhere. His version sure to be sugar coated.
