Angela Color Specialist

Angela who promotes herself as an «award winning colorist» (but the sign on her station states that she was merely «runner up» in the contest), put the wrong color on my hair, not once, but TWICE… and admitted to doing so. (I should have left while I could, but she promised to «fix her mistakes.» In the process of «fixing» my hair with harsh chemicals, my hair was ruined – I went through months of having my hair break and fall out.) After I asked for a refund following her second mistake, she gave me a listing of how much money she spent on products to correct the color she mistakenly applied. (Perhaps, if I wasn’t so astonished at her inability to take responsibility for herself and her work, I’d laugh.)
While telling the truth is admirable, repeated mistakes, such as not giving me the color I asked for and she promised to do, are very serious. Sadly, Angela became fixated on coloring my hair in her way, not mine. Furthermore, by failing to keep proper notes regarding color formulas several months down the line, resulted in a second drastic error and lots of wasted time and energy on my part. I suggest staying away from Angela, who is in my experience truly unfocused and untrustworthy.
