Bad service bad food. Do NOT come here. Tons of other better phở restaurants. We came in and ordered. the waiter gave us an attitude. Phở had no soup.

My usual go to spot Phở#1 was closed for New Years day so I gave Phở Pasteur a shot. Overall good experience, I always get the combination with tripe, steak and tendon and usually extra tendon and noodles. No need for extra noodles as they give you alot to begin with. The extra tendon is a must have man are the y generous with the meat portions. The one negative is they dont give enough broth. The carryout container was only ¾ full and when my bowl was prepped hardly any visible broth. I will be back again but may ask for extra broth :).

I had to deduct a star folks after my most recent visit. Feeling not like my fabulous self. Feeling like I was about to come down with something, and that is not good. Told my self, self… go on over to Phở Pasteur, get you a phở fix and BAM! All will be right with the world. I got the usual, the beef on beef on beef bowl. I got the smaller portion because the larger bowl was just too large for me. Guys, I was disappointed, like so disappointed that I didn’t finish the bowl disappointed. Like so disappointed that I threw all of that beefy goodness in the trash disappointed. This isn’t me. I don’t waste food. I mean its damn sacrilege. The bowl lacked flavor this time, the beef was riddled with so much flippin fat, so much that it was impossible to eat. The sliced rare beef was something that I just couldn’t chew. Completely underwhelmed, and annoyed. I think this can’t be my phở spot anymore. What happened? Bummer.

Went in on a Sunday and they had the game on. Phở on a cold day and able to watch the game. What more could you ask for? I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

Great phở, decent portions, and convenient location just a few blocks off of 695. Appetizers are a little pricey at $ 5 for 2 rolls, but the grape leaf beef rolls are fantastic. The menu also includes vermicelli and rice dishes standard for Viet restaurants. Unlike many phở restaurants, this one does take credit card

Phở Pasteur is a lovely, friendly, and super fast phở option in the Woodlawn area. We’ve stopped in a few times for takeout, and other than the time that they lost my debit card(and said they didn’t have it when we came back), they’ve had great service. Once you order, phở is ready to go in about four or five minutes max! Not my favorite broth, but a good one. Make sure to ask for a sauce container and pour your own spicy options to go, as there isn’t always one in the bag. Summer rolls could definitely do with a lot more flavor, though — sauce is gloppy and underseasoned, and the rolls themselves have almost no flavor. Stick with the soup here, and if you need a summer roll fix try Phở Dat Thanh.

The beef phở is decent, but the chicken phở(which I usually don’t care for) is amazing. The food comes out extremely quickly. The avocado shakes are really good here and made with fresh avocado.

The restaurant set up is warm. Traditional American asian fusion! Nothing fancy but cute quint and comfy! They host was super nice and swift. Oh yeah you seat yourself! Anyhow, I was seated a looked over the menu which isn’t the clearest as to what’s in your bowl. They do have pictures on the outside but you still don’t have a true detail ! I ordered spicy beef soup. The soup was spicy!!! But I could bare it! It had so tough fatty meat so I took it out and some strange white stuff which I found out the next day that it was Vietnamese Bologna(yuck and I did not eat that either) other than that my soup was awesome next time I will get vegetarian soup bowl oh they give you the prettiest utensils to use and chop sticks

A great Vietnamese place tucked right in beside H-Mart. The broth was very flavorful and definitely was able to stand on its own without any sauce. The veggie spring rolls left a little to be desired, and I wish they hadn’t used iceberg lettuce. Will definitely make more stops here if I’m in the area.

Ok, but not as complete as Phở Saigon or Phở Van. The restaurant sits in the H-Mart parking lot, all the way to left of the supermarket. The inside is appointed nicely, it’s clean, and the service was attentive(especially with water refills). My gf and I ordered 2 bowls of phở and a summer(they call them spring) rolls. The summer rolls are made with pork and are loosely wrapped so they fall apart and generally have no flavor unless drowned in peanut sauce. Pass. I ordered a large #4 — brisket and flank. The bowls come out 2 minutes after you order. I don’t know whether I should be impressed or suspicious. Probably the latter. The broth is lighter in savoriness, salt, and overall flavor than its competitors. The size difference between the regular and the large is minimal. The large bowl is too small for the meat and noodles(plus add-ons), so the noodles clump together. Even though Pasteur provides a decent phở experience, with so much phở competition in the Catonsville area, unfortunately I won’t be back. For anyone new to the phở scene, I recommend trying Phở Saigon as your starting point and then branching out to the numerous others in the area.

The inside is really nice looking compared to some other phở shops around me. Nice people all around and the food is very good. Avocado shakes is super duper here!

I’m a huge fan of phở, and have tried a bajillion places in Baltimore already, but I sure was happy to discover a new one. This one takes the cake for fastest service. I went to the bathroom for a minute, during which my boyfriend placed the order for 2 combination phở, I came out, and bam, the food arrived. However, at the cost of amazingly fast service, I think the broth is subpar. The noodles are stuck together(which happens often), but something just felt missing in the broth. Not as savory? Not sure. They do put onions, and there is a hint of vinegar flavor too. The phở did come out piping hot, so I didn’t have any problems with lukewarm broth. We also got rolls and both were great(summer and spring rolls). I would come here if it was convenient and if I was craving phở, but I live closer to better phở, so the best I can recommend is if you’re around and craving phở, it’s not a terrible option(there are worse), but I could suggest better places.

There are many Phở restaurants in the Baltimore area, but this is definitely one of the best. I’ve been coming here a few times a month for 3 years now and they never fail to disappoint me. Their service is great. You are seated right when you walk in and as soon as you know what you want, someone is right there to take down your order. Usually the food comes within 5 minutes; no more than 10. Their specialty is Phở of course, but they have other great soups, rices, spring rolls, and more. There’s also a wide variety of drinks ranging from hot tea, to boba smoothies, to drip coffee. I give it 4 stars because it has great food and service. The only thing I can think of for improvement is to update the tables since some are kind of wobbly. Overall, love it!

I used to go here often when I moved to Baltimore before I found better spots. SURROUNDING: It’s literally right next to Hmart, so it’s convenient to go after getting your groceries. SERVICE: Very fast. I have never waited for more than 5 minutes for my phở here. Cash and credit. Clean and nice interior. Not an ethnic crowd. FOOD: Tried the summer rolls and phở. Summer rolls are pretty good, but hard to screw up. Phở used to be better, they have been pretty subpar in the past 6 months or so. They also changed their bowls in the past year to make their portions smaller… PRICE: Price also went up in the past 6 months. ~8/small ~9/large. The small portion is not really worth getting unless you are on diet. BOTTOMLINE: Convenient because of location, but phở saigon/van is right up the road. NOTE: I have eaten here more than 10 times and once or twice, it has sent me sprinting for the nearest bathroom.

**Carry out only review** Had the shrimp/beef with peanuts over noodles served with vegetables and it was delicious! However I found the fish sauce to be bland and the noodles definitely needed something… but siracha and soy sauce does the trick.

I think out of all the phở places I’ve been to, this has been the most reliable. One way you can tell that it’s legit is when a majority of the customers are speaking Vietnamese. Service was extremely fast. We ordered phở and summer rolls(they call them spring rolls here), and it came out in 10 – 15 minutes. The phở came with scallions and cilantro already sprinkled onto the bowl, and they provided us a plate with bean sprouts, basil, lime, and jalapenos. While their bowl sizes are not as big, I enjoy their broth and I find that they give you more meat than most other places. I ordered a regular size, finished my noodles, and there were still cuts of meat leftover, which usually never happens. The summer rolls were filled with lettuce, noodles, pork and shrimp. I think because I’m used to other places using their marinated roasted pork, I found the pork in these rolls a little dry and bland, but the rolls were still fine. Overall a good experience. This has become my go to place for phở, especially in the Catonsville area.

One of the handful of Vietnamese restaurants in Catonsville, Phở Pasteur does not disappoint. The phở portions are slightly smaller than other competitors, but the quality is there. The vermicelli bowls are pretty standard. The rolls are smaller, but the peanut sauce is a little different in a good way. Phở Pasteur also offers a larger variety on their drink menu than most others. Overall, pretty good.

Very impressed by the phở here. There are a ton of phở places in cantonsville and I really don’t think u can go wrong with any of them. That being said, phở Pasteur has fast service and very tasty phở. Small $ 6.50, large $ 7.50. They also have a wickedly creamy Thai iced tea that tastes like liquid candy! Boba optional. They also have a decent shake option with a real authentic flavor choices including avocado, durian, and jackfruit. I think out of the 3 phở places in this half mile radius, I’d stick with phở pasteur!
