Chick-fil-A

I eat at this Chick Fil A at least 3x’s a month. Food is always good, hot, fresh, and service is always with a smile.

I went today with my family and after drinking all of my sweet tea I opened my cup to refill it with something else, and guess what !! A HUGE fly was stuck to the side of the cup !! On the inside YUCK! NEVER AGAIN! I’m going to take a antibiotic for precautionary reasons… I’m never eating fast food again after today’s mishap.

When I came to chick fil a I didn’t know what to expect, when I went inside there was a lot of people but surprisingly the line went fast. I ordered them went to sit down and they brought me my food. Excellent costumer service, everyone is nice. And the food was good. Would recommend.

Worst chick fila ever they mess up my order everytime so sad… this location should close down never got a good meal from here

Stopped in for breakfast and was greeted by the manager. She had a huge smile and started with «how may I serve you»? I had my chicken biscuit, hash browns and a great cup of coffee in about a minute. Great service, great breakfast– started my day off… Great!

The service at any Chick-​fil-​A is always nothing less than stellar. The wait time was moderate considering it was a Saturday. My order was prefect with the exception of my Coffee. The coffee tasted old and burnt. I should’ve requested a fresh pot be brewed … It was that bad. Other than that I’d visit again.

All good things must come to an end I guess…
I have always supported this Chick Fil A, because of the quality of food, great customer service/​friendly employees, and its involvement in the community. However, for the last few months or so, the first two have left a lot to be desired. A LOT.
No matter what time of the day I go now (breakfast, lunch, or dinner), the food quality has been poor– it is lukewarm and you can tell it has been reheated. Also, condiments are often left out (and not even offered like before most times). Additionally, the employees are not friendly at all, and often act like it is a chore to be there.
I suspect that the renovations have caused overhead to increase, and therefore they are cutting costs in other areas, because prior to the renovations, this was a five star establishment all of the way. Hopefully they will one day return to the old Chick Fil A this community once knew… and loved.

Picked up a grilled chicken sandwich! The drive thru lady at 11am on 8÷26÷2014 did not put any condiment in the bag. She seems like she was in a bad mood.

This place has always been great for me. Until today, I came home with my food to find the buns from my sandwich missing… Who does that? The bun is the most important part.
We’ll anyways I called the place and the manager handled it very we’ll, he apologized for the inconvenience and gave me another sandwich for the next time I come. I’m glad I didn’t have to fight I hate when I have to argue for their mistakes.
This chick fil a has never given me problems they have always been polite and always gives great service. I’m not complaining about the restaurant and their service I’m just trying to let everyone know to check to see if you have buns on your burger ! Lol sad that now a days you have to do that hopefully they won’t do it again.

Another good Chick Filet. Good chicken and courteous service. This location has been remodeled recently. It is a little smaller than others I have been to. They keep the eating area clean and come around to check on you often. They have 2 drive through lanes as well.

Recently remodeled and it looks great. They added two drive through lanes that merge into one. The lines are still long but the food is delicious. The service is great although you still need to exercise patience due to long lines.
Parking is easy at this location as long as you don’t park near the drive thru. There is plenty of parking though. They have a nice play area for children and when they get a kids meal they can turn in the toy for ice cream
