Chimney Concepts

I wanted to review the company on the ease of scheduling and their overall helpfulness and assurance. We bought a new house and we weren’t sure the condition of the chimney (we are first time homebuyers and new to all of this). I called a few companies and was about to pay $ 189 just for the inspection to see the condition of our chimney. After that I called Chimney Concepts. They told me it would be FREE for them to come check the condition and give us an estimate if any cleaning was necessary. I scheduled the free estimate for the next day. Dan came to our house promptly and took a look in the chimney. We were extremely reassured when he said it was a VERY clean chimney and nothing needed to be done. We will definitely be using their services again when needed.

I called to have someone look at my chimney that needed repairs. I was initially called back promptly. They looked at it on Monday and sent the quote the same day. While the price was great. Calling the office and getting a hold of someone to speak with is very difficult. I sent an email back asking to talk more about the work and price. That was Monday… I called on Tuesday to follow up and was told the owner would have to decide about negotiating on the price. Today is Thursday with no word back. I had to hire someone else.
