I purchased a pretty durable belt for myself and a really cheap straw hat for my Uncle that was on sale for just $ 4 bucks. The customer service here was pretty great too. Very friendly and helpful. I try to avoid purchasing jeans from outlets. I tend to find their sizes a bit off and along with some defects. For instance, I bought the same pair of slim straight jeans from a Macy’s and one from an outlet and I found the leg length of the outlet jean was slightly longer than the one bought from Macy’s. So make sure you definitely try on your jeans at outlets before purchasing because if I remember correctly, you could only return outlet jeans at outlets and not at their stores you find in the city or malls.

I went here yesterday during my outing at Woodbury Outlets. My old jeans at home(also a Levi’s) got worn out, so I came here to see if there was anything that would fit me at a good price. When I walked in to this nice store, there were jeans all over the place. Even though this place wasn’t a mess(HUGE plus for this store!), I had a hard time finding my size. Luckily, a nice salesperson came by and patiently assisted me until I got my right size. The fact that my new jeans was on sale made me even happier. If I ever need a new pair of jeans, then I’ll definitely be back!

Overall, the store has a lot of stock and has an endless selection of jeans, etc. I noticed a sales girl had a pair of shoes, and asked her if she knew if they had sold the same shoes somewhere in the outlets. She was very polite, and said she wasn’t sure. Then another sales girl(or possibly a supervisor. I saw her directing two other sales girls on what to do.) rudely interrupted the conversation(I honestly think she was just evesdropping in on the conversation), and said«Well there are over 200 stores here so you’re bound to find them.» The tone she said it was very rude and condescending. It wasn’t very helpful at all. She then walked away after saying that. The original sales girl I asked was very polite and offered names of stores that probably carry the shoes outside of the outlets. Someone needs to teach the second sales girl/supervisor(she wears heavy black eyeshadow and she has dark brown/blackish hair) that she needs to learn better customer service and manners and be less rude.

I won’t wear any other brand of jean except Levi’s and I don’t hate on the fact that this outlet sells the über-expensive kind for pennies on the dollar. Got some Premium label jeans for under $ 50 which normally sell for $ 175/pair.
