Horrible communication skills on both NICK and JOHN. They don’t know what they are doing and scratched a $ 575 watch and said there is nothing they can do about it!
Best bet is to go to FAST FIX which is a few carts down, closer to Sears.
Never going back!

Drop off my Nixon 5130 dude was texting just said 12 bucks. Told him I’d be back in 5 min come back and dude was still on his phone. I told him give me my watch back looks like you are too busy. I’m sure hell see this since he’s on his phone. Word of advice put it down for a few when speaking to people.

This place is great. I always go here to remove chains from my watches and it costs about $ 10. They’re super quick about it too. I’ve been here at least 3 times and haven’t been disappointed!
