I’ve been going here for adjustments for almost 4 years & love it. I saw a couple bad reviews so I needed to share what an awesome group this is. The front desk has always been super friendly & has squeezed me in whenever I really needed an appointment last minute. Dr Sam is great. I always leave there feeling a ton better & he has even helped me with tips for other injuries that I wasn’t even ‘paying’ him for help with!

Great service, really nice people and most importantly, pain free after just 2 weeks. During my first visit, I was in so much pain that I almost cried. I needed help! I didn’t know what to do. Dr. Sam made me feel comfortable and I trusted his expertise. Ruby is excellent with PT. Sweet, nice and knowledgeable. Great social skills! Over all this has been an excellent experience. I would recommend this practice to everyone. Chantelle is very sweet too. She took care of my insurance billing and made my life so much easier. Thank you so much for helping me get back to living life without pain! My back pain was so great it was limiting my life. In less than 1 month, I’m back to normal. Thanks so much!!! I continue going to PT and Chiropractic care.

Great Chiro & PT! Helped me recover quickly from a knee injury. They explained everything they did and how it helped recovery process and they gave me exercises I could do at home too to help strengthen/​repair my knee and prevent future damage. They even coordinated with my personal trainer to ensure we were all on the same page with what I could do and should avoid doing. They also took care of billing my insurance so I didn’t have to deal with and I’ve never had a Billing issue. The staff is very nice and knowledgable and Dr. Sam is very thorough and friendly. Highly recommended!

Fine chiropractor care, but some shady billing practices. Did not bill my insurance for car accident. Did not fully explain that it could be. Had me overpay quickly instead of educating me on how I could personally file my insurance and have them paid in full. They ended up with over 2.5 times what they should have. After accident went back and noticed they had actually billed my insurance for several adjustments where I did not see the PT as PT appointments because the insurance pays them more. Had to ask them to bill as they should because I have limited PT appointments with my insurance and I needed them for an actual surgery recovery.
Again, fine treatment, but don’t expect to be more than dollar signs when push comes to shove.

I came to Nova pain and Rehab not knowing what I would discover about my knee and hip pain. But since going to this practice weekly for almost two months I have learned so much more than about my current pains. The staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly and are eager to share their healthy secrets to keep you not only pain free but healthy. I know I’ll be coming here for preventative care once my current problems resolve themselves.
