Pack & Mail Etc

While I typically leave reviews to warn people about bad service. I need to make a better habit of letting people know about excellent service. I had a package to ship to New Hampshire. It was bulky and I was quite sure the other competing package store would be unable to assist me because of the new management and new staff. After quick consultation with the ladies in charge I was sure the box would be packed without an issue. And if they had done just that it would’ve been regular service.
What makes this experience so wonderful is they repacked my package and got it to fit into a smaller box thereby saving me money on shipping costs.
If you need to ship a package experienced package and mail handlers are valuable. I can attest to that $ 103 versus $ 57 is a big difference!

The staff and quality of service at Pack & Mail are outstanding! I have not only shipped items, but have taken also advantage of other services they offer like notary. I recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors.

Really never this place was here! This is the only place to ship a pkg Fedex also. The lady running it is really nice and knowledgeable about what you might need to get something from point a to b. Also they have so many really cool items to buy. Yes stuff you wouldnt normally get but there it is! Beach scoops, who knew. Use them to scoop up stuff at the beach, shells, money, etc. A vast amount of cards too. I am now going to use this place on a regular basis.

Honestly the only thing that I did here was print something out but when I asked about shipping information she was honest but it cost a little bit more than normal postoffice. i’ve experienced other locations that I’ve said it’s the same, it is not!
She is very helpful and honest and has a great shop with various different items as well.

Family-​owned and friendly, they can handle UPS, FedEx and USPS for you. They went out of their way to help me with a prepaid shipment which they made no money on and earned my business for life! A much different approach then the «other place» y Publix. Receives my highest recommendation!
