Aside from being a Hallmark store in a mall, this place is nice. Convenient if you are shopping at Northlake with a plethora of other stores to visit.
I was looking for a specific item so I called ahead and the employee was very nice on the phone. There were two of the item I was looking for so I told them I would head that way during my lunch hour. When I got to Northlake, it took a while to navigate to the directory map and locate the Hallmark, but I was immediately greeted and went straight for the section. They were actually nice enough to set one aside for me since they knew I was coming.
They rang me up and I was out of there in no time. Even had some time to enjoy lunch in the food court.
