Nancy Nail Spa

Terrible. My wife went there during her lunch on aThursday. By Friday all her nail Polish fell off. My wife went back on Saturday to complain the owner Nancy told my wife to speak with the guy that did her nails. Really? She said it was out her control. Needless to say my wife will not return EVER

I am NOT a fan of this establishment. I came here today to celebrate a friends bday on the recommendation of a friend that frequents there quite often. We walked in and they seemed to know her well. She told them 3 manis and pedis. 1. While I was getting my pedicure the young lady spilled the nail solution all over my jeans and stained them. 2. She rushed my entire experience. I decided to do a gel manicure on my nails. What aWASTE of money. She didn’t even put a base coat on my nails, nor did she wait for the light to go off before she asked me if I was done. Smh she charged me 52 dollars. That was not a manicure. I didn’t get a hand massage, she wouldn’t even have clipped my nails if I didn’t ask her to, to make sure the length matched my other hand. I was literally done in 5 min. I waited for my friends to finish. They even had their eyebrows done. They were charged 49 dollars. Eyebrows are 7 dollars, therefore I paid 10 dollars extra and they received not just more services but a better service. The owner came out to talk to me– A she wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. B. for some reason she is under the impression that I only paid 5 dollars extra. C. She tells me my friends have better nail beds that’s why they paid less they didn’t need their cuticles done. Ummmm I get my nails done every 2 weeks. They were not in need of anything that would justify that high of a price difference. D. She replies– well, what you want your 5 dollars back? HORRIBLE customer service. I would never set foot in that place again. My only regret is that I tipped her. If I knew they were robbing me blind, I wouldn’t have. Not to mention one of their patrons looked at my nails and told me her niece would have done a better job. If I could post pictures I would. Not only of my botched job buy my STAINED jeans.

The bomb!!! I love B and Jenny! Prices are reasonable and customer service is great.
