HORRIBLE. I was completely scammed on the service I purchased. Be very careful and extremely specific about the services you are paying for. I was misled and when I tried to work with customer service to resolve the issue, they were completely uncooperative, and tried to have me spend more money. Your best bet would be to go to another spa/​doctor.
