Couldn’t give it five stars because of one lady that works here. She always gets things wrong, such as, haircuts, phone numbers, and names. Just saw a guy walk out when she asked to cut his hair. Lol… kikki is awesome on the other hand. Friendly, and a great stylist. She is the sweetest employee ever… she deserves a raise!!!

While the haircuts I have received have all been good ones, I have noticed a disturbing trend whenever I request shampoo. Supercuts has at least two price points for a shampoo– regular and their premium product called Tea Tree. When my hair was cut by one particular stylist and I requested a shampoo she would always ask which shampoo I wanted, as the Tea Tree product is more expensive. However, on three occasions with three different stylists(the most recent one this past weekend), the stylist used Tea Tree without my permission and attempted to charge me for it. In each instance I had to challenge the stylist on the issue. There appears to be a disturbing, dishonest trend at this particular salon when it comes to charging the customer for something they did not request.

First time at Supercuts & I will be coming back. Felicia did a wonderful job on my pixie cut. Much more precision than at other salons that charge 3 times as much. Very friendly place!

I’m kind of getting a little tired of the $ 15 for 15 minutes kind of hair cuts, but I suppose that I should be happy that my hair costs so little(I have very simple needs for hair) and that perhaps it offsets my wife’s $ 200 cuts. But don’t tell her I said that! This Supercuts is right next to the Harris Teeter at the southeast corner of Ballantyne Commons and Johnston Road. Plenty of parking, of course. Call ahead if you’re able. Supercuts doesn’t yet have an app that does what the Great Clips app does.
