Window Trends

We got all new window treatments from Window Trends for our condo. I had planned on getting them from a lower — end company, but the fact I had to measure and install them myself had me dragging my heals because I was afraid of messing something up. My mother and I went to breakfast one morning and parked in front of Window Trends and decided to stop in. The woman in the store, Liz, was so nice and welcoming. She pulled out books and books to show us every possible option and choice. Without knowing our window dimension she couldn’t give us a price, but she did look up the specials the manufacturer was running and even told us about one that didn’t start for a month and said they’d be happy to hold an order until then. It was low-​pressure and I felt taken care of.
The owner came to our house to measure a few days later. Again, he brought books and books of options and colors so I felt I was making an informed decision. We wrote up the order then and paid 50%. When the blinds came in two weeks later, the two young men they sent to install them had all the windows done in an hour: they never stopped moving. They took the time to show us how to use everything and even fave us a few pointer! My mother was so impressed she’s planning on replacing her blinds now too with Window Trends.
