wow, the box got smaller and the servings are very small, the price is up one scoop of each item, before you could not eat it all,. what a rip of. i hope people that go there think twice about what you get for your well earned money. never again.

My server was very nice and the food was good. However we came at 9:30 and ate there. It was busy and I watched the staff trying to cook more food and clean at the same time and I lost my appetite. Somehow I think hand hygiene was not a priority.

I’m torn between the good quality fast food they have vs. the not so great service we received yesterday. The food is always good at panda no matter which location I visit. This place was out of both fried rice and chow mein. The cook was making the chow mein while I was ordering. They only had one young girl taking the order, filling it up and taking the payment. She had black hair and had glasses, around 1:50 pm. Finally another girl came to help her out taking orders. She seemed a little frazzled and got a lot of eat in vs. take out orders wrong… Most people inside were eating out of styrofoam boxes instead of plates. She seemed a little abrupt when asking for payment and calling out your name. That was another strange thing… Usually they take your order and fill it and then pay. If something is being cooked, you just wait by the register area. She took names for almost everyone and it took quite a long time to get your order. But like I said … The food is good so I have them three stars.

This place closes at 10pm and we came at 9:25pm. They had limited food out but the gal said that we could order whatever we wanted that it would just take a few minutes. No problem, we will wait. The cooks in the back, all men, all had such attitude cause we ordered noodles and orange chicken, they’re most famous item on the menu. If they didn’t want to make it, they should’ve said we can’t make anymore food. It would’ve been fine. But don’t offer then have an attitude cause we said yes to your offer. The gals in the front serving the food were nice. But the two cooks in the back really need an attitude change. Customers are what make your business successful. It kills me that people don’t get this. And giving your customers attitude and dirty looks is not a way to keep them coming back.

I used to love this place, after today it is out of my map, we just found a razor blade in our orange chicken, this is disgusting I hope someone from corporate will contact me, this is a safety hazard to everyone.

Hell yeah. 2 stars. Saids it all. Lived in chatsworth for 15+ years and this panda express SKIMPS on entre portions really bad. Like, the employees are trying to take the leftovers home or something. Seriously quit your jobs and parasite somewhere else, panda express employees, acting like the food is coming out of your check. Smh. Real story: i got a 2 entre plate with fried rice. Got honey walnut shrimp and i wanted butterfly shrimp too but the stingy employee gives me 4. 4 pieces of shrimp for an entre lol and im paying almost 9 bucks for this shit? Gtfo

Most disorganized restaurant I have ever been to. People that work here have no idea how to serve the public. Obviously the owner /manager here is clueless.

This is the second time that when I asked for a plate for my little one to eat from, I was handed a dirty plate. This time the plate was used and written on. We go to this Panda only because my little one loves noodles. We used to go to the Panda that was on Plummer but it closed unfortunately. I was always happy with their service. If I’m handed dirty plates or employees handling cash at the register then grab a handful of fortune cookies and place on top of a clean plate, it makes me question food safety and hygiene. Update: Assistant manager offered to correct the matter after a phone call was made asking for the manager’s name for survey.

Soda bar area needs wiped down. Leaking tea dispenser and looks as though it been that way for a while. Nice night to eat outside– lovely condom on the ground as you walk out the door. Best part — employee taking a break on the patio. How do you NOT see that. Friendly employees but slow. Need to step it up a bit here. They gave everything to me in a bag — I clearly had a tray. They didn’t even ask if here or to go.

I love Panda Express like any other person would. This one has some good quality and not bad of pricing, but the service could be better. I’m on tilt about this place.

Don’t eat here! Got here a full hour before closing and most items were empty including the fried rice. They refused to make anything fresh and only offered the old, stale entrees in the steam table. Yuck! Not what I expect out of Panda. The Cherng’s should be embarrassed.

This is just Panda, no Express here as each time I’ve been here after 8 pm, they have to cook to order since their slow. Really annoying to wait, but at least the food is fresh. They ran out of the spare ribs again. Don’t recommend this location.

Want your half hour lunch to be spent watching a crew of five workers work at a snails pace when there’s about 15 people in line? Then come here! Honestly, never seen a slower crew work when there’s a big rush. No urgency, no apologies for the wait. Not worth coming back.

Local panda can’t ever go wrong with this establishment. Quick ready semi fresh food. The line is fairly always good flowing. Love how reliable panda is, especially with my personality being spontaneous. Was on the road getting some power ball lotto and next thing my mind hit me and I directed to go to panda. I was in and out in 10 minutes with hot ready food. Thanks panda we will meet sooner than later.

Positives: The employees are nice. Negatives: Food prices keep going up — I think 3 increases the last 2 years — and the portions remain crappy. Oh, and that they make you add more than $ 1 more for the«luxury items» is ridiculous. As if the food isn’t expensive enough already. I keep doing surveys for Panda and keep saying to stop giving out crappy portions but they keep getting business, so why would they listen to me. I also keep saying to bring back Kobari Beef but no dice on that one either.

I see a lot of gluttony in the reviews here, especially from people who should probably not be complaining about portions because the people who have reviewed about portions clearly have an issue with way too much food on their plate and could benefit from lowering their food consumption. I work in the mall and eat at Panda Express all the time, come to this one when I get out of school. 1. The portions are HUGE. I can’t understand all the fat piggies complaining about portions when I am STUFFED after eating a bowl. There are at least two serving sizes of rice for every order, so much so that I ask them to split between veggies and rice so I don’t go into a carb coma. 2. They are always fast, when there is a line of course it’s going to take longer!!! I worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years, and I know how difficult it can be in the kitchen during rush hour. 3. It’s clean. 4. It’s cheap as hell for a broke college student who wants a lot of food to fuel for the next 6 hours of work till I get my break. 5. It’s healthy. I have veggies, brown rice and non deep fried, weight watchers approved chicken for options and don’t feel guilty eating here. I think this location is a lot nicer than a lot of the other Panda Expresses I’ve been too, so I can’t speak for the older locations. If you want to pork out on chinese food that isn’t fast food quality, then go to a buffet. This is the McDonalds of chinese food without the nasty chemicals and fake meat.

I would probably give this place 4 stars but the layout is inconvenient. The food is the same as all other pandas. Fast Chinese for a good price that taste good. I like how they are starting to offer more healthier options. They also have brown rice as an option. The lay out of this one us inconvenient because they have the drinks where the line is to order. Maybe because they had a long line when we were there but it was hard to get our drinks with the line being right there

This is a disgruntled review, get ready. It’s never ok to handle money and then get anywhere near handling the food or utensils. Even if it gets busy and you’re short handed. This has happened more than once, so I just couldn’t let it go. The guy touched cash, then went directly to serving my food. Not only that, his hand touched all inside the container before he filled it. Dude, I’m not picky but that grossed me out. Dirty, dirty things come in contact with money. Even if his hands were clean, I don’t want them all up in my food. Wear gloves or something. I went home and threw all of the food away. I should have refused the meal on site.
