On Dec 10, I was in Chattanooga on business. At about 8:45 pm I noticed my laptop charger wasn’t working. After trying different outlets, I Googled the nearest Radio Shack. I called the store and asked what time they closed. The man said 9 pm. I told him my situation and asked if he would wait for me. He said yes! I raced to the store, getting there about 6 minutes past 9 and they were there waiting for me with a charger already at the register. I do not remember his name but the receipt shows the operator as JNS. This was way above what I expected from any store! I hope Radio Shack knows what a terrific team member they have! Lucinda
